Cold, dry, overpriced pizza delivered to me 2 hours later. Called after an hour just to check if my order was ever coming and... got lectured "I don't know if you got the memo but we're understaffed!" The service that I received from both my Domino?s store and driver continues to reaffirm my faith in the human race. Many... vendors and retailers seem never to have heard of nor received true customer service because they definitely don?t give it. Ihave never been disappointed with Domino?s and will continue to patronize you. Oh and the food is DELICIOUS TOO! But great foodwon?t matter if an interaction with associates leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Add to the fact my wife usually disagrees withordering out when we have food that I can cook, but it never fails for her to give all of the logical arguments that I reallyshouldn?t have as she gets her plate! It's almost mid of the week and when the work load increases, we need definitely a pizza to reduce the stress.So sitting at... home, I had ordered for a veggie loaded pizza ???? for my lunch and it was ready for pick up in just 20 minutes.Howlovely????And when I got the pizza home it was still hot and specially soft.I have already taken a bite before capturing thispicture. ????Yeah..it's always so good to have something you like ,just made perfect???? They quoted 15-25 minutes until ready for pickup. We got there after 15 minutes and waited in the car for 10 minutes while... watching one of the guys with his mask hanging off of one ear while making food, and no employee making food was wearinggloves. We said something about him about wearing the mask and he started to argue about high carbon dioxide levels whenwearing one. Which we all know is BS. If your staff will not wear masks and gloves, they should not be working. Absolutelyunacceptable. We cancelled after it ended up being 25 minutes without the pizza even being started, and because he wasn'twearing a mask. After about 40 minutes the order still hadn't been cancelled and we had to call back to have it done. Read more
