I haven't come across too many places that I'd consider a great steakhouse and sushi spot. This place just might pull off that... duo! I was torn on which route to go on my first visit, but ended up going the sushi route. For starters, I was pleasantlysurprised by the 10-piece, very satisfying rolls. The Hawaiian roll special that night was pretty interesting and quiteenjoyable -- it had earthiness from asparagus and anexcellent sweet/heat combo, topped with mango. The Kobe roll was alsoquite unique (I guess that gave me a dose of their beef) and very enjoyable.. Innovative sushi menu and the seaweed salad is aperfect primer for it. My date seemed pleased with her filet, but I can't personally vouch for the steaks. Sides are familystyle, so you definitely get your money's worth. Very deserving of it's high end designation with good service, reservations (OpenTable) and a good menu. The sushi we had was a... special for the day. Off menu but excellent excellent ????. It included shrimp tempura, blackened salmon, avocado, etc. It wasfilling and very good. I also asked for a Tart and Sand cocktail which they were actually able to make. That was good too! Read more
First time there and we would definitely go back. Everything from the drinks to dessert met if not exceeded expectations.... Everything was seasoned well and the steak was done perfectly. Our waitress and all support staff were very attentive. Doyourself a favor and enjoy dinner at least once at Ember’s. Read more
The service was amazing. The food was very good but maybe a little overpriced. The ambiance was very nice too. They were great... with a free dessert for our anniversary. It was a nice, but expensive night. We did know going into it that it would beexpensive so no harm no foul. Read more
