Food was good. The fact that I ordered and never got the notification it was done. So I just waited patiently incase maybe they... were busy. After 50 minutes I went up there... brushed off by the people at the front and then finally when the greeter didspeak to me, she was rude and literally said nothing other than "uh yeah its over there" while I was still mid sentence. Foodwas cold by that point. I'm in the food industry so I really don't care about the excuses at that point.. its a shame because Ilove the food but I just can't spend my money where I'm not appreciated and quite frankly considered more of an annoyance thansomeone who just paid a decent amount for eggs and veggies.. oh well I guess. But if that's good for you guys and you're okaywith that kind of thing. The food is good. I just cant happily go in there feeling that way. Read more
We usually love First Watch. This time we were very disappointed. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and when we did it was... stone cold. It wasn?t even warm. Then we waited another 30 minutes to get our food again. The eggs were hot but the waffle wasso cold the butter would not even melt. I told that to the manager who delivered it and she just said that?s the way it is. Theydid take 1/2 off our meal but I don?t think I?ll be going back any time soon. Read more

Update: End of April we made the horrible mistake of getting takeout. I have no idea what has happened but they are apparently... now either doing 0 quality control or just plain ripping people off. I am attaching a picture of an $11 waffle. They didn?teven put enough batter to close the holes and it is half as thick as it used to be. This is sad! I feel rippedoff. Previous: We have loved First Watch for a long time. Because of COVID, we had not been inside one for a year and had to dodelivery but it wasn?t the same. We went in today for the first time and it?s just as good as always. Staff is friendly and thefood is fresh and tasty, as always. Happy to be back! Read more

Immediately seated and waitress was there in less than a minute with hot fresh coffee, which was bold and delicious. The... watermelon wake up was refreshing and well worth it. We had the Chickichanga and Parma Hash Skillet and ricotta lemon pancake.We were impressed with the flavors in all the dishes. The toast was exceptional. Read more
Bacon was stale and hard. Did replace with a wonderful sausage. Scrambled eggs a bit dry.
