Good burgers and fries every time. Have not had a bad experience. If you have something wrong or need something, just ask and... they are quick to get it. Would definitely recommend. 8/9/22 - Definitely an entirely different experience. Tried ordering thefood just like I've always ordered my food here and was told by a gentleman at the counter that said he was the new Generalmanager that "there was no need to order it differently. Everything they cook is to 165° and well done." Well I've hadexperiences where the burgers come out pink inside still so I've adjusted my ordering process to include asking for my burgersto be well done and crispy. Well he wanted to argue that it would take several more minutes to do it that way and made it outlike it was just such an inconvenience for him and his staff to cook food special and the way I asked. Overall a bad experienceand probably not going back anytime soon. The place has really gone downhill since the last manager Aaron left. He had noproblem making the food the way I asked. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised by the food and service. Friendly people patient with us. Good amount of fries. In covid times was... prepared for tiny portions, but have to admit on the fair side. Prices are hard to swallow anywhere so... Will probably headback again. Read more
The boys first experience at five guys. They wanted to eat all the peanuts. They loved seeing and knowing the fries came from... actual potatoes. We had single cheese burgers with all the toppings and they were delicious. The drink machine was fun and aPearl Jam song played while we ate. The food was fast and our order taker was patient and helpful. The dining room was cleanand welcoming. We will be back. Read more
The food was awesome and cooked fresh! Very juicy hamburger and they have a lot of toppings. They also have the coke machines... with all the flavors. So the big issue is while the food is great...the price is really high. A burger, small drink, and a smallfries was almost 16 dollars. Big note (go small on fries and drink because the drinks are decent size and the fries areoverloaded in a small cup and there's always a bunch in the bag cause they always give you a lot no matter what size.) About a week ago I saw a survey on Facebook about who served the best french fries. Lots of people nominated Five Guys, so I... decided to try them. I went to a location with my son last night. They fry their potatoes in peanut oil, and I knew that wouldenhance them as I use it at home. Their burger patties are made fresh daily and never frozen, and they're grilled to perfection.All burgers are made special order with whatever you want on them, and they offer anything you can imagine to put on a burger.The bacon cheese burger I got was absolutely loaded with crispy golden bacon. The sautèd onions were caramelized just right.I'm a retired partially disabled Navy Vietnam veteran and wear my hat everywhere. My five youngest children (most minors) arestill at home, so I have to try to economize as much as possible. As we were starting to order I stopped and told the brunettebehind the counter, "I'm sorry, but we've never been here before and didn't know how expensive it is. We'll probably have to goto McDonald's." So we left, and as we were getting in the car the manager came running out and said he saw my veteran's hat andasked us to come in and have dinner on him. It was a very pleasant experience. Now I feel obligated to go back in the future andpay my own way although I'm sure that wasn't his intention. Read more
The food is good but the service is slow. If you want to eat your lunch on your lunch you better go some place else.
