I had ordered a a cheese burger with tomato, onion, and bacon. All I had received was a literal cheese and meat patty with... chunks of lettuce. There was absolutely no tomatoes, onions, or bacon. I had also gotten a hotdog with sauerkraut, jalapeñosand sauce and what I had received was a plain hotdog not to mention the food was extremely cold. Went there twice and messed up my order both times. The second time I went home and noticed I got the wrong burger, so I tried... to call and no one picked up the phone (I called them 10 times). They overcharged me, took forever to give me my food, and gotthe order incorrect. Double check your food before leaving because it very likely that they will mess up your order. Read more

Amazing place to grab a bite. On our visit, we received a friendly welcome from Timothy, one of the people taking orders, who... made sure to give us an overview of the menu. He also made sure to help give us the best bang for our buck too! Prices weredecent and my husband got the fried chicken sandwich and I got the all beef hotdog. Both were really good and were deliveredwith great service. The people at this location are really kind so they made sure we had everything we needed and helped us graba fork for our cheese fries as it came with a ton of cheese! Excited to return. Read more

I ordered 2 mini concretes and one medium and it was 16 dollars somehow. I got Oreos and Reece's cups in my concrete and... received NOTHING. Absolutely ridiculous. Didn't answer the phone when I called 5 times. And said they had ice cream but when Ireceived my cup only 3/4ths the way full. They take FOREVER too. Don't waste your money. Read more

Terrible customer service and fast food production from beginning to end. The young adults probably would benefit from... confidence boosting public speaking skills classes. The interaction with a customer before me was sub par from my perspectiveand then the employee without saying anything or summoning another co-worker turned around to wander aimlessly off instead oftaking my order. This same employee that was working at the register then later and bring me someone else's food. The tables areghetto rigged with wads of paper towels under the feet to keep them from wobbling around. The seats were not all clean. Thebathroom paper towel dispenser was empty. This place has some awesome veggie burgers! Unfortunately they tend to come out wrong so be sure to double check. The inside... eating area is usually really dirty sadly so I?d recommend take out or drive thru. Really good food when it?s made right, justwish this location was a little more put together.
