Had an horrible experience with my waitress, asked to speak with manager and she came out and handled EVERYTHING! she was VERY... helpful and understanding of my stepmoms dementia. We were brought the wrong food (something that my boyfriend is allergic to), the server claimed... that's what he ordered (so definitely felt she was calling him a liar) I ordered a salad but was told they couldn't make saladssince they shut the salad bar down several hours early. I ordered an entree and they brought it without one of the itemsclearly listed on the menu and was told they don't serve that anymore (then why is it on your menu) Was told they wouldn't offera substitution and that I was expected to pay the full price despite not getting the full meal.
