Had an horrible experience with my waitress, asked to speak with manager and she came out and handled EVERYTHING! she was VERY... helpful and understanding of my stepmoms dementia. She also spoke with my suspended child and told her if she brings good gradesin she will reward her with a free kids meal. She was very dope and awesome! Server was nice and attentive. No french toast, fruit, pancakes or hot cereal on breakfast bar. Sausage links were undercooked... (inside), sausage patties were dry and really overcooked. Came to Frisch?s this morning in the drive thru for just an order of French Toast Sticks and they gave me a tiny amount of... powder sugar, I then found a strand of hair on my stick after I dipped it in syrup and I also found a second strand of hair inpowdered sugar. This location seems to really have gone down hill since they?ve switched management and the drive thru workersalways seem to have an attitude and be short with you. I thought all of the Big Boy restaurants had closed; then I was on my way to a funeral in Ohio, and there I saw several along... the route. The one where I stopped for lunch was just like the Frisch's Big Boy restaurants from past. The menu was the same asalways, and the burgers were just wonderful. The waiter was just wonderful. He was a young Asian man, and he did everything tomake our dining experience delightful. The cooks were fast and efficient, but the two older women who seemed to be the managersthat day were doing their best to do as little as possible, including seating customers and taking payments for bills. Overall,though, I was happy to have my big boy burgers, and some dessert. Read more
Absolutely the worst service. We were brought the wrong food (something that my boyfriend is allergic to), the server claimed... that's what he ordered (so definitely felt she was calling him a liar) I ordered a salad but was told they couldn't make saladssince they shut the salad bar down several hours early. I ordered an entree and they brought it without one of the itemsclearly listed on the menu and was told they don't serve that anymore (then why is it on your menu) Was told they wouldn't offera substitution and that I was expected to pay the full price despite not getting the full meal.
