This Frisch's has went way downhill over the years. Always have to wait forever for food whether you dine in or go through the... drive thru. Also, their chicken tenders look nothing like they do in the commercials or pictures, they are small and dry. Read more
Today Mary was working the breakfast Buffett. Never did she have such appreciation for me as a customer. I asked can you tell... me what these are well mam 1 is a Turkey and 1 is a pork sausage. Ooh I will take the Turkey mam I will get right on it to getsome more made right away. I am good I only want 1. Mary states but yes other customers might want some and I gotta keep ourcustomers happy and items filled. Her true genuine spirit you could tell she was all about the customer and the care she putinto that breakfast Buffett. You know in a world full of nasty she was so kind and nice. Food is good most of the time but please update online menu. Fried pickles, mushrooms and apparently cheese sticks have... according to the drive thru employee "not been around in a long time". Can you please update your online menu to more accuratelyreflect what is actually available? Read more
I went through the drive-thru in the morning before work and it was the best service I have had in a long time in a restaurant.... They were very polite and quick to get my order together. I requested to talk to the manager to let him know that he is a greatjob. The food was hot and fresh and even though I made some adjustments to the sandwich I was eating they got everythingcompletely correct. Rarely take the time to leave a negative review. Maybe just not used to burger taste up north but the super boy burger was the... worst we have ever tasted. Ordered it without the tartar sauce. Burger was tiny too. Won't even go into detail on the tastecomparison. Not sure how this place is in business. 1st time there and will never go back. Read more
I have eaten at many Frich's Big Boys around the country and never until today had a bad experience. I'll explain... The Frich's... location at 5202 Delhi Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45238, USA is also a Ghost Kitchen for The Captains Boil takeout/delivery eatery onDoorDash, Uber eats and other online delivery services. so through DoorDash we decided to order some food from there, and whilethe dasher was nice and polite, the food was nowhere near what was expected, ordered, or pictured. In the small video, thefirst two items shown are what was ordered and the third is what was received.
