The Whole Salad Bar was a little.....uh.....wilted. I know sometimes things can be location specific, not sure if that's the... case or not in this situation. Frischs has always been a staple in my life but over the years my diet has changed and when oneof the few things I can still eat off the menu now is "struggling", I can't help but feel a bit disappointed myself. I'm sureFrischs will take a "closer look" into now that I've said something but I only seek to bring attention to it to help preventfuture "less than par" experiences for other guests cause a good Frischs Experience should be shared by many for many years tocome. I also might add that I see alot of similar complaints when it comes to freshness and it saddens me to see PR justcovering it all with copy & paste blanket statements that feel disconnected & disingenuine. The staff were short handed more than usual, so we had about a 10 minute wait to be seated. All I can say is the man behind the... scenes in the kitchen was rocking it...and our waitress was at a flat out run??????? ??????? ??????? bussing tables, placingpeople at their seats, taking orders. If not for these two individuals working this Sunday morning it would have been a totaldisaster... Read more
I ordered takeout the other day and used the drive-thru. I was in the drive-thru for 18 minutes. I watched as my food sat... there unattended. The new hand-battered crispy chicken tenders were far from crispy. Many parts of the chicken were verygristly. Tried them twice and got the same result both times. Read more
People were super nice but it took 20 minutes and we were the only ones in line. The ranch also tasted awful, and it?s usually... the best! Not worth the $25 Read more
Worst Frisch's I ever dined. Waitresses were very ignoring and wasn't served at all never came to my table I ended up just... having soup, salad bar and had to get my own stuff to use to eat, fork ect. Believe it or not I still laid a tip on the tablethen paid and left. If this was somebody else would've either walked out without paying or just up and leave. Read more
Food sucked! We ordered a Bid Boy and a Super Big Boy and meat was under cooked and we got some wilted leaf lettuce in stead of... shredded lettuce. Dirty napkins wrapped out silverware. I checked the soups out on the soup bar thinking maybe I'll have a bowl,Nope! I checked them out and they looked old. Not sure if I'll go back to that store again. Oh, and the prices are ridiculousacross the menu!!! Also, no sandwich prices only platter prices, ridiculous as well! Read more
This is the Impossible cheeseburger I got tonight for carry out. I called three times and let it go until the operator told me... the call could not be completed as dialed because no one answered the freaking phone call. Husband leaves for work and now Ican?t take my food back up there. Thanks so much for ruining my dinner. Read more
They need to toss the tortilla soup forever. It's terrible. Broccoli cheddar and chicken noodle should be everyday offerings.... They are phenomenal. Read more
