AVOID!!!! What happened to this place? They do not take care of the breakfast bar!! The options aren?t what they used to be.... Anything that?s a patty taste awful, and they are very slow to replace anything worth eating which is eggs and greasy hashbrowns. Went through the drive through to get soup for my sick grandpa. Line was taking a while, which is fine. I understand places are... short staffed right now. But when we arrived to the pick up window we found out why it was taking so long. The girl running thedrive through window was on her phone the entire time, didn?t acknowledge us once, never opened the window, we watched her bagour food and was literally on her phone the entire time. Even when our food was completely bagged she didn?t bother to come takeour payment or anything, she remained on her phone. We ended up just driving off and taking our business elsewhere. Read more
I?m not one to write negative reviews but I?ve not had a worse carry out experience. Order pickup time was supposed to be 4:55... on a Friday, so not exactly crunch hours. I arrived at 4:58 and was told my order was almost done. I was told at 5:20 that thebroccoli side I ordered was out. I didn?t walk out with my food until 5:35. We had really only ordered a Big Boy and chickentenders, so nothing complicated. The chicken tenders were soggy and clearly not done cooking. The restaurant smelled musty anddirty. The employees (mostly) didn?t seem happy to have any customers there at all. One kept laughing about how he was onprobation. I really, really recommend that you do not eat here. Read more
The drive through was a parking lot. With only two cars ahead of us it took over half an hour to get just chili and onion rings.... I know this could be because of larger orders ahead of me but if that is the case I think those cars could be asked to pull offto the side. In the amount of time I spent in line I could have went to a different restaurant, sat down, ate my meal and left.I gave two stars since the food was good and the young lady at the drive through was pleasant and thanked me for my patience. Spent over 40 bucks whole order wrong whole order cold and it took almost 30 minutes before they even got my order correct and... did the manager apologize no she was just as bad as the employees , Wasted money literally no one ate their food Read more
First time was an evening. 3 waiters helped us out we needed nothing they were on it. So we tried it again in the morning. ... Zena (our waitress) was perfect, bubbly, kind and on it. This place is the best Frisch's my wife and I have been to. And we'vebeen to a lot of Frisch's and other restaurants. 5 Stars. Read more
