We ordered salads and our server went to the salad bar with 2 plates and made our salads but he used his bare hands touching the... lettuce to arrange it on the plate after he's been working the cash register and touching our things and never washed his handsso we decided not to get the salads and ordered something else. Server was great and the food was good. They have removed the chicken sandwiches from the menu. That was the only thing I... really ever came here for. So I won't be coming back much, if at all. If they can have half a dozen different mediocrehamburgers, can't they at least keep one chicken sandwich? Read more
I've been going to different locations for years. Mainliner really stands out. The service is on point and the food is typically... always hot and fresh. Coming from a person that's managed restaurants before, you can tell it's ran with care and considerationfor the customers. I'll definitely be back. Read more
My server was a spectacularly nice and professional young lady. I ordered a Big Boy pancake special as I hadn't eaten anything... all day. My pancakes were hot and fluffy. My eggs, hashbrowns, wheat toast were delicious! And the complimentary coffee wassurprisingly tasty as well. I think they must have switched the coffee brand. So I'll be having coffee with my breakfastplatters from now on. I left my server a nice tip because she was AWSOME.. Read more
Food was very delicious our waitress was super super nice
I have visited the Frisch's Mainliner for over a half century. Our waitress was friendly, helpful and prompt with delivering... our lunch. As we talked at a booth adjacent to windows we noticed the blinds were filthy and some of the straps broken anddangling down. This was truly stomach turning and unacceptable. At checkout time I stood at the cash register waiting to payour bill. A manager walked out of his office, didn't even glance at the cash register. He went in back to chat with a worker. Three times I called him, finally, he came over to take my money. This is by far not the first time I have had to wait to paymy bill. On the way out I noticed glass on doors and windows are the dirtiest I have ever seen in half a century. The overallimpression of the Mainliner is that it is dirty, shabby and becoming rundown inside and out. I certainly hope good qualityworkers are hired to do general maintenance on the property. Love this location. The staff is always great and the food is delicious. Even though it has been remodeled, it reminds me of... being a kid and eating at Frisch's in the 70's. Read more
my wife an I went in to breakfast yesterday Nov 20th, We waited for 15 minutes just to be seated. My wife ordered the fish... sandwich which had two very small pieces of fish, which were over cooked. Our waiter never returned to check on us. as we ate,we watched ten people walk out as No one even noticed them waiting (15 or 20 minutes). We were informed that NO MANAGER was onduty. At least 15 people working and no one was in charge or seemed to care. So sad Read more
