Starting with the good, when your meal is made right it's delicious. However I've ordered the tofu bao buns on 3 different... occasions and had to get a refund everytime for getting pork instead. Tonight it reached a new level when my entire entree wasmissing tofu. I'm just done with location. If you're eating in and can check your food go for it! It's great. Don't take yourchances with a to go order though. Received a refund for every messed up order I will give them that but it's a bummer when yourmeal is consistently wrong. Read more
I really liked the food here. Got a Vegan Sushi Roll and a Vegan bowl with tofu. I was told by the cashier to let them know my... dietary restrictions from the start next time so that they can reclean the area and change gloves to minimize crosscontamination. This is rare to hear, and was highly appreciated. The staff were all super friendly and helped answer my millionquestions. Read more

The concept is great. It was fresh. I customized a poké bowl. It honestly was just kind of mediocre. So much rice and a ton of... cucumbers and edamame but hardly any shrimp, and I think it was very bland. 1 little side container of spicy mayo wasn't enoughand honestly I didn't like the mayo that much anyways, it was oddly sweet. Just wasn't my cup of tea but my pickup order wasmade according to my order and ready on time. I just wish I would've enjoyed it more especially since it was nearly 20 bucks fora bowl and a side of edamame. Read more

My first visit to Fusian...what have I been missing!!!! Delightfully fresh and quick lunch with wonderful authentic options. I... chose the tuna bowl with brown rice and used the sesame soy as the dressing. Picture a Chipotle or Piada with sushi as thetheme! Friendly service and clean! This could.my new go to place easily!
