Great service great food
Placed an order via DoorDash. When I received my order the bag was sealed as it should be. I opened my bag & realized I am... missing 2 cheese coney?s no mustard, no onion. I called the restaurant in mt Carmel & a rude man answered the phone stating hismanager was gone at the moment. I was on hold for 10 minutes before said manager (Stephanie) got on the phone. Seemed nice atfirst then told me it was a DoorDash issue even though it was the restaurant who messed up. I offered to even come get the twoconeys I was missing even though I?m at work right now. She said no & got extremely rude saying that it was once again not herissue. Told me that I ?get absolutely nothing? from her & that she ?owes me nothing?. She told me she was going to call DoorDashherself in regards to my order bc I told her that they did not credit me due to it being a restaurant error. I've had the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries several times now. The drive-thru is easy when in a hurry. You can't go wrong with... the Cheese Coneys and they have the best hot sauce. The loaded garlic Parmesan fries are a must to try, we liked the garlicaioli sauce to the side for dipping. They have done a update and its looking good. Friendly as always and the food wasgreat. They have the best Cheese Coney, we got the 10 pack with the chili on the side. Awesome as always. Read more

The worst gold star in the area. The manger is rude and refuses to give refunds for inedible food. When I did finally get her to... give me the refund back on my card a week later I realized she took the money back in cash and kept it. Also no matter how manytimes I order the vegetarian chili I only get it half the time. The staff doesn?t listen or just doesn?t care. Overall not worththe time or the money. Go anywhere else. The picture below is how the food looks 90% of the time and If you take it back and askfor it to be remade they call you a liar. Read more

Very friendly staff, quick to ask for order and get food to your table. The atmosphere is nice, the restaurant was kept clean.... The kitchen is open to view, with an option to eat at the bar. Restaurant has a drive thru option. Read more
Heard a lot about the new burger. It is ok. It's a burger the thing that makes it interesting is the sauce that is put on it.... The fries were not cooked all the way. Staff was super friendly and inviting. Staff will be my reason to go back and give itanother chance. Read more
