I paid 23.99 for the coney crate and I got home and there was... barely any chili on my cheese coneys and so I called the store and I spoke with Nicholas and he told me that Corporate told himor told them in the store that don?t put hardly any chili on the cheese coneys now why do we pay for food to eat out when we getgypped all the time terrible Customer Service every time I go there they do this. So I called Corporate and I had to leave avoicemail because nobody answers the phone. Received a call back from Corporate, explaining that they do not tell theiremployees that, apologized, and gave me a credit for a coney crate. Terrible. Did a doordash order with complete instructions which they messed up. Called to tell them and offered to drive to the... store with correct order and manager crystal threatened to hang up On me. Made no attempt to resolve the issue. Thankfullydoordash took care of it and had my food delivered again but it didn?t have to come to that. Just gross service al the wayaround at this store. Read more
I guess when you pay 16 dollars for four shakes you get the shakes only half way filled up with then the rest whipped cream,... when I called the manager she was very rude and told me that?s how her shakes are made because they come that way frozen butclearly you didn?t put milk in it! The Hartwell location now fills its to-go containers of cheese less than half full and fluffs the cheese to make them look half... full. My wife and I always order an extra cheese just because we like cheese, but the last time we went there all of the cheesebarely covered the chilly. NO EXCUSE for that. The old veggie chili was so much better. With the new veggie chili, you can't even tell the difference between veggie chili and... meat chili. You won't know you have eaten meat until your getting sick from the meat later. You can't always trust the employeesto get your order accurate. Read more
