Ordered 8 cheese conveys with extra mustard and French fries, the waitress gave me cold fries then tried to reheat them in the... fryer and give them back.. I had to wait 15 minutes to get fresh fries and when she was bagging them I think she put fries thatwere on the ground into my bag because she bent over with bag in hand and picked them off the ground and didn't throw them inthe garbage.. I gave it a 3 star because the food good but the customer service sucks. I got to the drive through and tried to order but the... lady said they were closed. I asked the lady what time did they close and she said 10:00pm but it was 9:30pm when I got there.So I did ask why couldn?t I order if technically they?re not closed and I hear another lady in the back telling her to tell meit don?t matter we are closed. To me it sounds like they are stealing hours but not putting in the work. Setting their own timebecause they?re to lazy to work. Anywho, I hope they get it together . I love going to this location! I dine in sometimes but this visit I had went through the drive thru. The employees are so nice... and polite and they always get my order right and never forget hot sauce or whatever I request. Read more
Been coming to this location for years. Disappointed with more recent visits, employees arguing with each other in front of... customers, recently in drivethru lane for greater than 10 minutes. Customers pulling out of line due to long wait. Do better! Read more

My husband and I just visit this location and I am VERY disappointed. The only reason we came here is because my husband had... Skyline Vegan Chilli a few days ago and wanted to compare who had the best. WELLLLLLLL he was disappointed . We ordered 2 ordersof vegan Chilli and 1 order of fries. When I got the bag I thought it was a little small but was in a hurry and didn't open ituntil we got home. First I took my order of fries out the bag it was balled up almost as if it was empty when I opened the bagmy first thought was to ask my husband did he take some of the fries. He said no I then showed him the bag it was a joke. If I'mable to up load pictures I will show the bag was under halfway full. And I know this isn't the normal because I have visited theWinton avenue location just for fries and the bag is if not full to the top it's over halfway full. Then I look at my husbandChilli now he did get vegan Chilli with no noodles but the size of this cup he got was a JOKE. It's just a little bigger thanthe cup of cheese they give you. And to be honest they probably give you more cheese because that's filled to the top. TheChilli was half full both cups.
