Good food busy but worth it. Love the garlic parmesan fries. The window attendant was friendly.
One person was ahead of me in the drive thru; after they ordered and pulled forward they told me to wait one moment. (No one... else was ahead of the car in front of me) I waited 10 minutes before they returned to the speaker only for them to tell me thatit would be another 15 to 20 minutes before they could take my order! I stopped eating at Gold Star Chili for a long time I gave it another chance and stopped at the Bond Hill Reading Rd. Location... and just wow its was so good it was hot just good all the way around.. Yes I had to call and let the staff know his good it wasthank you I'll be back soon Read more
Went there on 7/20/22 at around 11:15pm. Man at the drive-thru speaker box said they were "closed for 30 minutes"... Sure thing,... I get it. -- we drove around for 17 minutes, then came back-- the SAME man said "we are closed for the next 30 minutes"-- so weasked "okay, what time do you re-open?" No response. "So you're closed for the night?" No response. Saw multiple people insideas we drove away. 2 at least in uniform. These people suck. Read more
Better than skyline for sure, very good once I added some chiles. Not sure what it is about Cincinnati but there are rarely... chiles available to add at restaurants. Read more
The last two times I have been to this gold star I was denied service. A week ago it was around 11 pm and they said they were... taking orders but the lights were on and it was 3 staff members outside the front of the store. Tonight I tried to order again afew min ago and the said they were not taking any orders unless it was door dash?. And again it was two staff members outsidethe front of the store smoking. Completely disappointing and unprofessional. If you don?t want to work until 1 am why even stayopen? Read more
