I bought six boxes of frozen Gold Star Chili from Kroger's.I heated two of them up in the microwave to have for dinner with a... friend.We peeled the plastic film back and it looked watery so we stirred them up and still watery.This is totally unacceptableand I was contacted by a lady from corporate offering to send coupons to make up for the bad ones.I had previously left a Googlereview about this matter and was told they would make it right so I deleted my comment.Its been three weeks and nothing fromthem.So comment goes back up and is staying up.These cost too much to have to throw them away because the taste is ruined bybeing watered down. If I could give 0 stars would be more fitting. Service is terrible at this location (east galbreth rd hartwell). Paid $45 for... my order that was to be delivered , did not get my complete order, called location about missing items, management would donothing about sending the missing items ...she was very rude, hung up, said she was to busy to deal with me. Because of howthis stands right now, it has cost me $ 20.00 for two dinners I did not get and have to try and get doordash delivery service torefund my money. I will not ever order from this location again, and may not ever use doordash again either. I would notrecamend eating at this goldstar. Read more
Smaller portions than normal/other locations. Got a 5 way and a 3 way, both were light on sauce and even noodles. Didn't even... full the to-go containers. Our two Coney's seemed light on cheese too. Read more
If I could give this place no star I truly would. The last three times I have went here they tell me they ?don?t have the stuff?... to make what I order....truly a joke. I mean you would think chili and cheese is pretty self explanatory at a gold star. I thinkits time to higher some better employees and managers. They got my order wrong, undefiled it, and then mixed spaghetti noodles with fettuccine noodles. It just messed up the whole... meal. I wouldn't order from this particular location again. Read more
Service was bad!!! Three employees in the store and a child. My boyfriend and I and one other customer. Child about 11-12... filling styrofoam cups with cheese with her I assume mother. Then when the other customer left the child with the same glovesshe had on filling cups with cheese was sent to clean the table where the customer was dining. Then used her sweatshirt sleeveto dry the table. Had to ask for drink refills! Food took a long time to get to us when the other customer was already eatingwhen we arrived, and it was incorrect when it arrived. Lady said it wasn?t put in like we ordered it. She did correct it swiftlythough. But the child filling cups and washing tables was absolutely ridiculous. Bad experience. Read more
