This location is normally great but my experience yesterday was less than disappointing. We saw all the social media post and... news articles about the $1.52 cones. We wait AN HOUR in the drive thru, place our order, get to the window to be told theyaren't honoring it because they are sending out the reward to different rewards members on different days. They're aware of thefalse advertising, and just chosing not to honor it. "sorry, keep checking your app" was the solution. Employees are really nice, i do wish they provided better lids for Togo ice cream, I never even got to try mind because the kid... knocked it off and onto the ground since it wasn?t secure. Too bad probably would have been good and was expensive. Alsoplease wash your scoop between ice creams. My cookie dough ice cream has an awful mint taste to it because of the washing. First time ever to Graeter's and their quality is fantastic, equaling or better than Haagen Das Five (off the market now) .... Dense, smooth, rich with flavor, and the chocolate chunks are more like smooth fudge, so easy to eat and complimentary to theenjoyment of the ice cream. Lots of fun options for the kids too with sprinkles and fun decorations, souvenirs and baked goodsare also available, coffee, indoor /outdoor seating, drive through... Open now for 150 years and it's no wonder why. My sonbrings all guests from out of town to Graeter's, and it's a family favorite. Read more
