I don't even want to give one star. This is by far the worst food and service I've ever had in my life!!! My pizza was so nasty... that it was stuck to the box. It wasn't even cut. We had to pull it apart to even get a slice it fell apart. I payed $35 + $8tip to the driver. I called and spoke with an employee ( Female). She argues with me and says it's because I got to manytoppings. It was a specialty pizza with sausage, pepperoni, extra mushrooms, extra cheese, green peppers and bacon. This womanargues with me and says I have to return my pizza after I waited over an hour. Last time I checked the customer is always right?In this case that was opposite. Payed $35 for food I ate some and was not pleased! I will never order from Eastgate/Mt. CarmelGrammas pizza again nor recommend it!!???????????? Read more
The food here is always good, butsitting at the bar (Friday evening after 8ish), I constantly had to get the bartenders... attention. They were more interested in what I'm assuming were some regulars at the end of the bar. while I'm all for having arapport with regulars, you have to be able to balance it with new customers as well. I will come back as this is a small thingand I know that they are growing still. Read more

Answering a phone with "pickup only no deep fried" in a mean tone and not even saying hello is extremely rude. Have a smidge of... customer service or don't even work in the retail/food industry. Not ordering from here ever again. Read more
Bartenders are poorly trained in regards to customer tolerance. Lilly specifically let a woman get drunk to the point of yelling... racial slurs and threatening to punch other customers children. Poor practice and won't be back for a long while. Nicole is thesaving grace of this restaurant and a truly awesome bartender. Read more

Very busy location on a Saturday evening! Servers were swamped and at the mercy of the kitchen's output-times. Lots of carry-out... going simultaneously with the dine-in orders. First pizza brought to the table was incorrect, but corrected in 15 minutes. Read more
This Gramma's has gone downhill. We waited over a half an hour just to get a side salad and garlic bread. Our meals took... another 15. Nothing tasted great. They weren't that busy, and they looked fully staffed. Actually every time we looked into thekitchen, the staff seemed to be standing around doing nothing. Go to Amelia or Batavia instead. Read more
