We had been wanting to go for a while and we?re so glad when finally did. I?m on a quest to find the best breakfast sandwich in... Cincinnati, and they made the list. What an amazing variety of items on the menu. My wife got the bolognese. What an incredibledeal, plus, it?s absolutely amazing. The noodles were perfectly Al dente. The sesame noodles were perfect, so refreshing. Soglad places like this exist, and I hope it sticks around for years to come. I just wish I could the breakfast sandwich earlierin the morning! I came here for lunch and the food was excellent. They have a limited menu, and some of the items are simple, but they do... everything right. I ordered a ham and butter sandwich. It was really simply ham, a good amount of butter, herbs, and a baguettefor the bread. I wasn't sure ordering it since it sounded so simple, but each ingredient was very high quality and it made foran incredible sandwich, I highly recommend it. My only small complaint was that chewing the baguette made my jaw tired, butthat's baguettes for you, it was completely worth the effort! We ate outside on the patio which is a nice little space, great ifyou're more covid cautious. They also sold homemade cookies. We got some cookies and they were delicious as well. We go here almost every week for a burger and some sesame noodles. Everything we've tried on the menu has been amazing. The ham... and butter baguette reminded me of Europe. Great bar & restaurant with a half sunny half covered patio. Great specials, like $10 burger with a draft beer on Tuesdays. Food... and drink were good and served fast. The bartender was great. They have a couple of TVs. Some nice art. Neutral restrooms.Located in Northside neighborhood of Cincinnati. Read more
Gulow Street is so awesome. I went in for a little Thursday night date night. The sesame noodles were to die for. My partner got... the breakfast sandwich which was also phenomenal. I went back again on Saturday night because I just had to have the sesamenoodles again. My partner tried the salmon salad sandwich which was also really great. How they did the cucumbers on thesandwich was just out of this world. I love that they only have seven things on the menu because they can just focus on doingthose seven things really well. There was live music in the front and the place was very lively. I discovered that they have apatio out back which is so great. They have a heater out there and it really had that sitting on my back porch, comfortable kindof feeling. I know when it warms up a little bit that I will be on their patio all the time. How can you say no to affordablefood, great atmosphere, good music, and wonderful people? This is my new favorite place in Northside. Read more
Went in yesterday for a fun afternoon! Great burgers and drinks! I made one mistake of asking for a double burger. It was... delicious but as the chef told me it will not have the correct proportions. He was right. But we will be back for more funsometime soon! Read more
