I wish I could give it 10 stars. I have always loved Izzy's and it's a treat to get it because I do t have one near me anymore.... But this meal was really great. First time eating here. The Rueben is really good but the Chicken Noodle soup is PHENOMENAL, and so are their pickles!!! The... potato pancake was too greasy and way too much batter, barely any potatoes in them. I?ll go back on a Friday to try their MatzoBall soup (only available on Fridays). Read more

Great corned beef sandwich. I usually get the lean meat & ask for extra meat?it?s a Reuben without the 1000 Island dressing.... Well worth it. Potato salad was not the best this last time. Horrible experience! We walk in the restaurant and two tables are occupied with two people at each table so they weren't busy.... There is menu's on the tables so we take a seat and wait. After 5 minutes goes by I stood up and walked to the counter and thelady says are you eating in? I said yes so she says we'll wait on you. A guy finally comes out and takes our drink order, thefood comes and according to the menu the Rueben is piled high with corned beef. The picture I took tells a different story. Thenmy girlfriend gets the half sandwich with beef barley soup, the soup had ONE PIECE of meat and ONE PIECE of potato. Clearly thisplace is more concerned about making money versus taking care of the customer. I spent $29.06 on a small sandwich and potatopancake and a half sandwich and another potato pancake plus a couple of pops. See receipt. I won't make this mistake again. Read more
I was so impressed with the employees at glenway during lunch (12:30) on Monday October 3rd. It was crowded and I placed a to... go order. As I waited I watched the waitress hurrying back and forth from kitchen to customers and I watched the teamwork ofthe 2 employes making the food. They were nonstop making the orders while also being very polite to each customer. If only allrestaurants were lucky enough to employ such dedicated people. Oh, and the food was delicious as usual!
