When we found out Friday afternoon that the Hyde Park location was doing a large catering event on Saturday and basically could... not take our order, we ordered 7 giants on the app for pick up early the next morning from the Mariemont location for our ownlunch event. GM was very rude and overcharged me for a sub. In return he gave me a card that he said could be used anywhere in the US. ... Problem, it expired in 2020 and it was for his location. Spoke with another Mgr. He said no problem, they'll add points tocover the price of the sub they charged me for that I never received. The GM only added 6 pts instead of 64 pts. When I calledabout the correction the Mgr agreed and said that he would have the GM fix it. The GM called Mr yelling and refused thecorrect his mistake. Very rude. I have tried to get grinders here for the last two nights. Last night was at 8:30 and tonight was at 8:05. Last night they were... closed and tonight they were out of bread. They advertise that they?re open until 9 PM. Well, I?m trying to talk with themanager tonight. He was very rude and forcefully asked me to leave. I asked for the owners name and phone number and he onlygave me the owners name. I have found the owner on Instagram and will try to get in touch with him. I?ve ordered here many timesand I spend an excess of $25 plus tip each time , I was told that if I didn?t like them being close so early than I should comein earlier. This is awful awful service.
