I really do love the taste of jets pizza but I after last night I won't be back. I looked on the phone for pizza restaurants... open at 845 and it showed this location was open until 10 . So I payed for a pizza for pickup. When I went 20 minutes earlierto pick it up , the restraint was closed . The lights off a d doors locked . I saw a lady walking around and she saw me butignored me . I could see my pizza in the warmer, so taped on the window to get her attention. After about 10 minutes of waitingshe came to the door and was really rude .she said we are closed, I kindly explained that we ordered a pizza and paid for it ,she said we are closing at 9. I explained again that my pizza was in the warmer and I paid and drove to pick it up. It was notuntil I said you need to refund my purchase If If I can't get it. She walked in and grabbed my pizza and handed it to me. Howwas I to know that the jets app was wrong and it should not have let me order it. This is not good business. Read more

They have an app, so it allows you to ponder your call in order by looking online and seeing specials. If you call, you'll be... offered the opportunity to save 15% by using their chatbot. I would have given them 5 stars EXCEPT the calculation of the 15%is always wrong (however they do make that adjustment at the Register, so don't pay in advance). The pizza is wonderful,especially the 4 or 8 corner deep dish (get the 8 corner as it a far better deal). Read more

Our pizza was delivered- burnt! We called they offered to replace it- an hour later it came burnt worse than the first one- done... with Jets! Read more

This jets pizza on Montgomery road is amazing!! There?s an Egyptian kid up front who had excellent customer service and knew how... to make you feel at home. The food is cooked to perfection and he even made a heart for me with pepperonis on my pizza. Highlyrecommend. Read more

Detriot style pizza is amazing. Their chken buffalo deep dish is amazing. Their hand tossed pizzas are okay. But i would stick... with the deep dish. Its what theyre known for. The cajun crust was too salty. It was nice having options tho. Read more
