People that answer the phone are not pleasant when you call to tell them that they forgot multiple items in your order after the... freaky fast 45 minute delivery. There is only one delivery driver that actually gets my order correct but the rest of them areawful. I feel it should be pretty easy to look at a reciept and make sure all items in the bag match but i guess that is just myopinion. Read more
We tried to pick up sandwiches on our way to go kayaking today. The store is supposed to open at 10:30 and we arrived at 10:35... to find the door locked. The person working unlocked the door, said ?I?m not opening until later? and shut and locked the doorin our faces. Read more
I constantly am disappointed in this franchise. Last time my bread was hard as a rock and this time my unwhich looked like... lettuce with turkey was just thrown on it and about half the size at a typical unwhich. Ordered the day before thanksgiving, and because they hadn?t turned off online ordering, my order went through. I had to call... the store almost an hour later to and angry ?hello?? And had to ask if I had even called Jimmy johns. The ?manager? tells methey are closed, and that I had been refunded Fast forward to 11/27, and the charge went from pending to an actual charge. Icalled again, had to wait for 10 minutes just for the ?manager? to tell me that I can?t get my refund (not a small order mindyou) until Tuesday, nearly a week later, because the GM is the only one who can do the refund. I then asked why she had told methat I?d been refunded if this was the case the previous day and she didn?t have an answer. You can?t just tell people what theywant to hear if they paid for something you?re not giving them. I wouldn?t have written this review had it not been forthat. Not only did she lie the first time in what I?m guessing are the hopes I wouldn?t call again, but is now saying she can?teven issue a refund. Drivers don't follow delivery instructions. Orders are often made wrong. You pay for extra toppings and don't get them. If you... make a complaint they say they'll forward it to the store manager to follow up but then they never do. Take your moneyelsewhere. Read more
Do not get delivery from here. It's apparent the manager or owner does not know how to properly resource workers nor the... orders.They should turn off online orders for the store if it becomes incredibly busy and the orders can't be made with thestaff on-hand. I can guarantee you'll have happier and less stressed employees and customers if they knew how to prioritizeorders or at least have a accurate wait time for the delivery. A delivery for one sandwich to my office which was within 2 milesfrom the store took two hours to get to me. I ordered two add on meats that I paid extra for, not only did they not come on mysandwich they also didn't come all the base meats of the sandwich. I had only three pieces of meat that actually came on it. Itwas not a good sandwich especially when it two hours and did not have any additions that I paid. I would only recommend thislocation of Jimmy John's if you really wanted a side of disappointment and regret. Read more
Giving five stars for the employees in case reviews affect them, but I?m staring at a typed sign in the store right now that... says employees will be fired for using store cups. Absolutely shameful and disgusting behavior from management and ownership.Treat your employees with some dignity and respect instead of threatening them with homelessness and starvation for drinking a2 cent soda from a 4 cent cup. I don?t see Jimmy John here making sandwiches for people. And they wonder why ?no one wants towork anymore.?
