Servers were on their phones the whole time. Had to wave them down for service. Atmosphere was "50s cigarette diner" meets... "neglected greasy donut shop". I would give 3.75 stars on this place because there were some 5 star items and some 2 star items. Here is my detail. Service is... impersonal so don?t expect even small chat with your server. I like to know the people but if that?s not you then great. Soup isfree, we had miso and it was bland but not bad. Tuna appetizer was fresh and deserved a 5 star. Shibumi roll was the other 5star. Bento box is generous but nothing to brag about. Sweet heart roll was beautiful and with very interesting flavors but thequality of the tuna was far below that of the appetizer. We were extremely disappointed. The food was very average, not especially fresh tasting. We got two sushi rolls and ordered... dumplings but the dumplings never arrived. The wait staff was indifferent bordering on rude. It seemed they?d rather beanywhere, else doing anything else. There was no apology for a third of our order never arriving and no attempt to rectify toesituation. However, the clincher that determined we will not come back was the level of cleanliness of the entire establishment.The dung area itself was not very clean, dirty carpet and litter on the floors which staff just standing around, but the ladiesroom was absolutely filthy. Sushi was fairly priced and affordable! Got the Salmon roll and Philadelphia roll as shown in pictures with my miso soup!... Everything tasted fine the only thing that I could say was freshness. The cucumber in my sushi was very old and dry I could say?The miso soup had the lettuce in it and it tasted very old like it was left out of the fridge for over a day. The worker therewas very tired considering it was the end of the day but all I asked for was an extra spoon and she turned away and sighed. Itmade me feel like I was a burden sitting there while the employees were watching me so I felt rushed to eat and leave.
