I had the fish log and home fries with onions and cheese. Both were absolutely delicious! The fish was very flaky and you can... cut with a fork. I highly recommend Lake Nina! Our server, Sam, was a very friendly and sweet young lady. She made sure we hadeverything we needed. We'll go back and ask to be seated in her section! She was amazing!!! The wait staff was friendly, knowledgeable and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Frog legs????????; fried cod????????; fried... chicken???????? all at good prices! Down to earth family restaurant just as described on their website. The food was diner style but the fish and sweet potato fries... were not at all greasy. The sauce which came with the waffle fries was delicious. My husband has open face roast beef and likedit. Priced right with friendly service. We will definitely visit again. Read more
They have excellent fried chicken and their fish log is epic. Not the place to go for healthier choices but if you are looking... for good old comfort food you should check them out. Their home fries and hot slaw are also excellent. Read more
Delicious food and great service. Everything was great. The warm welcoming atmosphere is priceless.
Tavern chicken was tasty but the hot slaw was disappointing. I thought it would be served warm but it was cold and swimming in... vingeray juice. The fish log was very good . Thick and meaty with a light crust. Be prepared for a 25 minute wait. Waitress saidit was because it's so thick. Fries were ordinary but the cheesy home fries were also good. Hold on to your seats fish lovers there's still a place that has an excellent fish log. I have been going to this place as a... kid, I know that I will continue to go until I die. Always delicious great food. I found the place to be super clean withfriendly staff that makes a great atmosphere. If you like good food especially a fish log highly recommend Lake Nina. Read more
