Needed background music. Food was great as usual but somewhat slow coming out which translated to a bit slow in service however... most likely short a few staff. The server however did get everything correct and to the correct people. We in fact tipped hervery well. Considering a slight labor shortage still ongoing, the overall experience was still really good for our party of 10.We dinner with relatives from California that we haven't seen in years. Read more
Received horrible customer service for my to go order a small pizza took an hour and when I questioned it and asked for a refund... the cashier threw it in the trash. I have been a customer here for many years often get it delivered to my work for lunch willdefinitely be avoiding that for now on. Read more

This company is the best in town. The only pizza place that has not only has vegetarian options but has dairy and gluten free... choices. I am allergic to both and this is the only company I will order from. Very friendly staff always willing yo help Read more
In the past this place has been great. But tonight it was absolutely horrible. We ordered online and they charged us for 2... garlic butters and never gave it us, didnt give anchovies in the antipasta salad as ordered, as well as did not put cheesy onthe cheesy bread. It also took us a half hour to order on the app because the app kept crashing and deleting our order so wegave up and ordered on the website. Read more
Took the kids here for dinner last night. I ordered a medium hand tossed cheese pizza. She brought it out and it looked thin... crust. I questioned it and she tried to convince me it was hand tossed. My company orders larosa every Tuesday. I know what handtossed looks like. Asked for a refill of my coke. She brought it out and it was so discolored I knew immediately they needed torefill their machine. Sipped it yup needed refilled. I just paid $24 plus a $3 tip for a large pizza with pepperoni on one half and sausage on the other. No sauce on the pizza as... picture shows and no pepperoni only cheese on one half. So much for paying high prices because you like there sauce only tothrow almost $30 in away for a pizza with no toppings on one side and no sauce on it. What a joke Read more
We came there to pick up food and it was crowded after we arrived. We miss Cincinnati's food, but must watch our diet.
