Sadly, this location is hit and miss on certain dishes. Pizza is always good. The lasagna tastes as if it?s microwaved in the... little plastic container it?s delivered in. Garlic Breadsticks are frozen and overly sweet. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would!! The last couples times I ordered they messed up my delivery order and I had to complain and... today was no different. I called to tell them they only put extra cheese on one side not the whole pizza they said I could get acredit and keep it. They called me back and said because I complained in the past they weren?t not giving it to me unless Ibrought it back but people had already started eating it because they were starving after waiting forever. So I will not orderfrom here again!!! This is terrible customer service and the manager I believe is name is Mark or Matt only cares if u are aregular apparently. I will not ever go to this in again. Beware that if they mess up your order multiple times they penalize ufor complaining about them. Which by the of u made the order how the note says there would be no need to complain. My last 3 orders have been terrible. My pizza comes looking like a raw saucy mess. Crust isn't even cooked all the way.
We've ordered from this location for a good 5 yrs. They've never done anything that was memorable in providing good customer... service so I never wrote a review about them before. I am reviewing now. I ordered and paid over the phone, waiting almost40mins for my delivery only to be missing an entire item and side. I checked the receipt and yes the item and side were onthere. I was so peed off. Do they not know how to read?? I called to report I was missing food and all the supervisor said washe was sorry and that he would have it remade and delivered with another almost 40min wait. No compensation for his companyscrew up. As if remaking my food that I paid for that I didn't receive with a much longer wait time was him doing me a favor andfixing the problem. Just pathetic. Great service, great pizza, but not the best location. Parking in front can be dicey due to speeding traffic. Area isn't the... best. My biggest issue is their garlic fries. I've gotten them several times and there is never much garlic if any. Otherlocations top the fries with a good amount of minced garlic and melted butter. This location only seems to put a small amount ifany. I've contacted the location and the franchise owner but haven't gotten anywhere. The delivery driver was great though. Hisname was Brian. I come here pretty often during my lunch breaks and I am highly impressed each time. I eat from other places in the area and the... food is never good and fresh, so I always find myself at Larosa's. This particular Larosa location is always on point. I amusually greeted by Christina Nassif and receive excellent customer service 100% of the time. I am highly appreciative of her andthe rest of the staff at this location. They all deserve a raise! Read more
