Lost faith that I could get a normal LaRosas pizza here at my closest location. Obvious personnel/ pizza training issues.... Skimping on ingredients, maybe? Not edge to edge and crust is always overcooked. I bypass to Wyoming or Reading locations. Read more
Attempted to deliver my food, said I didn?t answer the phone.(They didn?t call me)Then when I straightened it out with customer... service, and was told they would send the food again. This is the worst location ever! Don?t even bother. We spent 50 DOLLARS On food and not only did we wait almost an hour to have... it delivered, 1 calzone of the 4 was correct. We didn?t get any pizza sauce or the ranch that we paid extra for for eachcalzone. We also ordered wings and they were ?correct? i guess but they weren?t well done and didn?t have the sauce on the sideand they didn?t give us blue cheese either, but hey, at least the sauce was right! Only thing i can say about this place...its in the hood and very ghetto...they forgot part of my order and substituted plain old... potatoe chips instead of the kitchen chips i order...other than that the staff was alright....my advice, if you looking forclassic hood ambience..this your spot...but if you want clean, safe place to pick up your pizza....skip this spot. Only ever had it delivered to work. Order was only wrong once (ordered salad w/o olives and they put an olive in there, no big... deal). Always delivered on time/a little early. Always tastes good. Mozzarella sticks are usually a little lukewarm by the timethey get to me though. Still good. Recent edit from May 2018: They have been late delivering lately and always seem to havesome excuse. I put in my order online at least 2 hours ahead so I don't quite understand how it gets to be 15 minutes lateregularly. Pretty disappointing. Read more
I had food delivered and young black female put a $3.00 tip on my credit card without my permission. Called the store and... informed them that it happened and it didn't get taken care of. Been calling quality control line and nobody has got in touchwith me yet. Very disappointed at larosas, they lost future business over $3.00. Read more
