Hot & ready haha not at this location ladies and gentlemen! You will sit and WAIT 30 or more minutes for your order!!! I get... being understaffed but when you're told your food will be out in 10 minutes and now you're at 30 that's a problem. They reallyjust need to shut this location down no point in keeping it open. Then they cant even remember what food goes to what car theyhave pulled waiting! What a joke! I ordered the deep dish pizza and crazy bread. The fact that the deep dish pizza was as thin as the crunchy thin pizza is reason... enough not to eat here. The pizza went from the corners where the crust was non-existent and burnt to a crisp, to the middlethat had maybe a 1/3 of a inch of crust and was somehow doughy. The crazy bread was so hard and seemed like it?s been sittingunder a heater all day. My worst little caesars experience. Very disappointed since the store won?t answer the phone and I?vebeen on hold for 20mins waiting to see if we can get some sort of refund. THIS PLACE IS ONLY OPEN DUE TO THE NAME! STAYAWAY!!!! The only issue was that we wanted 2 orders of Italian cheese bread but they only had 1..the worker was so sweet and helpful that... I'm sure he would've done something but it was 10 minutes til close and that would be evil to ask them.. Read more
Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, guy said pizza will be ready in 5 minutes. He tells me pull over and park he'll bring it right out.... Literally watch the dude come outside for 2 smoke breaks and after I'm sitting in the car for 30 minutes I walk inside. Soon asI walk inside he meets me at the counter and hands me both pizzas and says "I was jus bringin diz out to you".... Im like yeahokay whatever. Get home and the pizzas were about the size of a small pizza at any other pizza place. Shut this place downalready and put another busken bakery in there !!!! Read more
Last time worker pants hanging off they butt. I mentioned it to them..They we're very receptive and attempted to pull up pants.... Also worker nose was runny and worker didn't look very well. Be careful eating out these days! Read more
I ordered through the app and paid in advance. My thoughts were to drive to the window, pick up my order and leave, all which... should have taken no more then five minutes. However, that was not how my night went. I got to the window, and the staff wasunable to find my order. I asked if I had the correct address, and he confirmed that I did. I gave the employee my order numberand told him what it should have been and still he was unable to find me. Still remaining patient, I asked him what do we dofrom here. How do we solve this problem? He replied very calmly that he'd need to make some calls to see what happened. After afew short conversations, he was able to find my order receipt. My food was made fresh just as it is any other day that I visitthis location, and he brought it to my car. The employee was very calm, patient, welcoming and understanding. He didn't make mefeel like I did something wrong or that I was trying to make up an order, to get free pizza. He went the extra mile to figureout what happened and what was wrong. I wish I got his name but I did not. What I can say is that I believe he was the managerat the time of my arrival. He was of brown skin, long hair and he wore glasses. Very, very friendly.
