Very friendly. Good array of products. They take orders ahead of time for turkeys. If you're a carnivore come in and order... something from the counter- cuts look great. Good freezer and dessert selection. I was here about 20 years ago and not a wholelot has changed. Store may benefit from including some more modern or in demand ingredients (1-2 eclectic pestos, canned sanmarzanos, maybe hunt down a good olive oil supplier, perhaps bake some quick Italian loafs made from blender dough and sell themat cost like Costco does with their rotisserie chickens- requires very little work and may increase foot traffic), more clearsignage on the coolers (darker markers to create more contrast and increase legibility). A small produce cooler might be worthexperimenting with, or just offering produce to be sold there- orders placed at counter and you pull from the back (just basicstuff, tomatoes, red peppers, red onions- there's lots of co-op farms that would likely ship to you pretty cheap. Not sure if 80acres farms does deals with such a small business but their tomatoes are really good- looks like they are contracted with Krogerand smaller grocers are pipkins and Clifton market so there's probably a minimum purchase agreement. Schaefer farms in Trentonhas a good co-op program you could experiment with... It's not a bad price if you get the stuff mailed and then resold). Storelighting could be improved around the top-loaded bins in center of store (for sight impaired). There were some products therethat were not very remarkable taking up bin real estate. Best products were behind the counter, right in front of the counterand in the freezer. Read more

Luigi and his Sons are some of the nicest folks I have ever met. I worked here for about a year+ during high school, and have... made it a point to return every time I come back to town. Great selection but better people! Definitely recommend to locals, andfor people travelling to the area, recommend their other ventures in the local tri-state area! Read more

We stopped in here during lunchtime. We ordered the ribeye steak sandwich combo with chips and a drink. Luigi fired up the grill... and we were eating within a few minutes. The sandwich was delicious, the steak was perfectly cooked and tender. The employeeswere all very friendly. They had a great selection of authentic Italian foods such as pasta, pasta sauce, desserts, and assortedfresh and frozen meats. I purchased some fresh meatballs, Luigi?s marinara sauce and some grated parm cheese and that night mywife and I enjoyed some of the best homemade spaghetti and meatballs we?ve ever spun our forks into. I also got a couple ofcannoli but they didn?t make it home! I highly recommend Luigi?s as a stop for lunch (aside from the seasonal grilled sandwichthey also offer assorted subs) and also as a stop for deli meats and authentic Italian groceries. Read more

We ate a Luigi's for the 1st time in Mason and halfway through the meal I said out loud, " I am pretty sure this is where I want... to go for my birthday." The Bread was on point. Our spinach salad was fantastic. Both Pastas were amazing. Zach our server wasvery knowledgeable of the dishes. Having lived in Texas most of my life I have a fine taste for smoked meats and the smokedbacon on the spinach salad was the best bacon I have ever had. Read more

We gave this place another try after driving by it for many years. They were well staffed on Sunday. A little pricey, but the... convenience vs. a grocery is a huge time saver. Plus, the quality is good. Luigi's mild and hot Italian sausages have goodflavor. We also bought their potato salad with diced jalapeno peppers and it has some kick to it. They have cold beer, a wineselection, olive oil, desserts and several unique treats to purchase. Check out the inside of this store if you have not beenhere. There are also a couple small tables to dine at. Read more

First time there but I have been by this place everyday so I was excited to stop and go in. I bought 2 beef pin wheels which I... fixed on Sunday and they were absolutely delicious. I also bought a bag of the sugar waffles and they also were delicious. Themeats looked awesome but the steaks were just priced so high per pound I didn't get any of them. I tried the ham salad Cosilove ham salad and I usually get mine up in Dayton which is made by the Amish. And theirs did not match up to it!! Sorry!! Butif you want high priced steaks and high priced meats your at the right place. But I must say the people who waited on me werevery very friendly and professional. Except for the guy at the register. He was kinda grumpy. Read more

We celebrated my husband?s 80th Birthday last night! The staff did a fabulous job with setup! From the charcuterie platters on... arrival to the delicious entrees it was a perfect evening. Each dinner was beautifully presented and hot, fresh from thekitchen! The filets were grilled to perfection and were fork tender and flavorful. The portions of salmon were generous andmoist. Audrey, our wait person, was so personable, accommodating and efficient, keeping our glasses filled, etc. We highlyrecommend Luigi?s! Read more
