I eat here wherever I'm in Cincinnati (about once a month). The service & and smoked old fashioned are top notch. I had the crab... cake. Oysters on the half shell Bone in Ribeye steak w/ asparagus and loaded mashed potatoes. Update (10/16/22)-Again the crabcakes are amazing! I also tried the stuffed salmon cooked medium! Very tasty! Food was amazing. The stuffed salmon was cooked to perfection. However, the service was not good at all. We went during happy... hour and waited 30 mins for 1 drink to arrive. By the time that 1 drink arrived, happy hour was over and we still hadn’t had achance to even order food. Also, while ordering the food, the server made several suggestions for substitutions of my sides.Usually, I expect a server to inform me of any associated up-charges ESPECIALLY if they make the recommendation. We had Calamari, burger, fish and chips for lunch. The taste of their food is great. But the environment of the restaurant seems... dirty and crowded overall. It’s one of the older restaurants in the area. Not sure how well they are maintaining from a foodsafety stand point. But very convenient for people who lives in Westin hotel, easy access. Read more

Started with Drinks. Old Fashion. Pretty good. Regular ice cubes instead of one square or round cube but they still went down... smooth. Oysters for the appetizer. Really good. Main course was the Bone-in Ribeye Medium Rare. Very good steak, good marbling,good flavor. Read more

Someone needs to tell the bar tender, to stop telling Cincinnati bullet hole stories, to each customer while other customers in... the bar are waiting for drinks to be made.. As in, getting your appetizer before your first drink. And this was a very dead,Monday night. This was a really disappointing visit, and I've been to many M&S. Had a very enjoyable dinner, our waiter Anthony was superb. Had fish & chips which was awesome, hubs had Open Blue Cobia,... which he loved, daughter had Maine Lobster Bisque and Truffle Frites, perfect. Read more

Phenomenal service and the bone in ribeye that I had was excellent. My girlfriend had the salmon and said it was very good. We... started off with Oyster Rockefeller and oysters on the half shell both delicious. Highly recommend eating here but the bill isnot for the faint of heart lol Read more
