It is rare that I pay homage to the big Mickey D but in this case, I can't resist. Dakota at the pay window and Duayne (sp?) at... the food window are like the dynamic duo! Dakota is warm, friendly, and totally knows the menu. Duayne is fast, accommodatingand polite. And I'm guessing they are both under 20 years old. I called and spoke with the manager and she promised me she wouldrecognize them for their service. I'm sure they will both go on to do great things! If the GM staff of this McDonald's aresmart, they'll try to get the dynamic duo to continue to do great things for McDonalds ???? Read more
Came in here tonight at 9:14 to get my son a happy meal. Waited at the speaker for several minutes for someone to rudely take my... order. He says pull around to the 1st window, so I do. I wait. No one comes. I pull up to the second window. A BOY with red hairand a hat says, can you pull back around to the 1st window, with a horrible attitude. I look at him & say, u can't cash me outhere? His reply, no. I proceed to tell him I only have a $100 bill & ask him if he can break it. He tells me no. I don't evencare if you get wrote up, I just want you to know that happy meal was for my severely autistic son who has sensory issues &won't eat a lot of foods. If you're in a bad mood & hate your job then quit! I didn't know you were so compromised that youcouldn't even produce me with one single happy meal. Read more
I hate to do this to my neighborhood McDonald's but I can't close my eyes or taste buds anymore! I haven't gotten a good meal... there in months. They recently went under new management but that didn't help, except the employees are friendly and talk to thecustomers! That was a huge improvement! However the food is cold, sandwiches are sloppily put together, I can count the numberof onion pieces on my quarter pounder (which was so dry even with condiments slopped on it, I could barely swallow it). Oh theFrench fries are smaller than before and flavorless. My only advise -- stay away. Read more
Staff could definitely be friendlier. Fries half cooked and Gnats in the ice from the ice machine ???? Ice dumped .. to get... rid of gnats. Drinks were mixed properly and tasted like they should. Read more
Double quarter pounder extra meat. Came with one patty. Big Mac extra patty cake with no bottom bun and no meat on top! Gross!!!
This McDonald's, like others we have visited, has minor issues with order accuracy, cleanliness, and quality. However, on our... most recent visit the order was accurate. We stopped to grab a quick dinner on our way to the nearby park. We ordered sandwicheswith special instructions that they correctly prepared. Overall this isn't a bad McDonald's and we stop here every few months.It's connected to a gas station which makes stopping here a little more convenient. Read more
