Put in a curbside pick up order through McDonald's app, parking lot pretty empty, drive thru line completely empty, but waited... 20 minutes and order was never brought out. Had to send my 14 year old son into get the food because I had 2 sleeping LO's inthe back seat. He waited an additional several minutes before getting the food. Read more

My experience through the drive-thru... Made me not want to go back to that location or McDonald's ever again period. However I... avoid that location, bc of the way the staff talks to employees. One time before this, same location, incident my two young boys(4&5 yrs old) were dining in, the man willing tables was talking to his friends, loudly saying the F-word over a dozen times. Ihear him say to his friends..." I just got you all that free food mother F-ers. So basically me and my two sons had to sit thereand listen to their conversation, as we're waiting on our food, this employees talking about how he just gave this couple allthis free food. They also got their food before we did and we ordered first. It's not only were we sitting there hungry andlistening to that we also had to listen to him and his girl and guy friend couple cussed back and forth with the f word sayingprice till this price so that Cincinnati white boys. We eventually packed up our two chicken nugget Happy meals and the rest ofmy food and went to the car and finished our food. Worst experience ever at any McDonald's I've ever been to. I take that back Ihad another bad experience at the McDonald's in Walnut hills on Martin Luther King near Burnett. However I won't get into thatat this time. I love McDonald's my kids love McDonald's I don't like some of the things that happen inside of the McDonald'sanytime we try to dine in practically at any McDonald's in Cincinnati. Read more
I was orders 1299 at 12:46 during lunch. I ordered two items Medium fry and a McDouble no mustard. My fries was great yet,... Mcdouble both patties were not even warm and it was hard around the patties when I ate into it. Plus your manager gave me 17napkins and I never asked for extra napkins. So, definitely wasting inventory. Read more
It is a McDonald's. I have never gotten anything but drive thru here. I will say one big plus is that I have never gotten any... surprises in my order. It is always right I hope I did not jinx myself LOL Read more
