Probably the worst experience we have had buying fast food. It was absolutely NOT fast. After waiting 15 minutes to get a meal... and a milkshake I went inside to see what the problem was. I was asked if I was the one who ordered the shake. Apparently no oneat the restaurant knew how to operate the shake machine including the manager. We asked for honey for the nuggets and got honeymustard. We did not want an apple for the happy meal and they gave us apple. Hard to get good customer service when theemployees don't pay attention or don't know what they are doing. Read more

I have been too many McDonald's and this one has been the best customer service I've seen yet they are real people. For... breakfast after we left the hospital he wanted a happy meal with a toy but it was too soon to get it. When I pulled in the parking lot was completely dark! I sat at the speaker for about 2 mins. (I was the only car in both lanes)... When they finally answered the speaker, I was told cash only. When I got to the window to pay, I had to ask how much my ordercosts. I asked for salt and ketchup for my fries, and I was handed 1 pack of ketchup! I had to sit at the window until I got theattention of an employee to get a couple more packs. Very disappointing! Read more

This location has a new girl working the 2nd window where your food comes out, all I can say is wow! Orders are finally right... or made to be right no hassle and she's so professional. Wow! This McDonald's was horrible! They had young lady doing the drive thru who seemingly didn't have a clue what she was doing.... It really wasn't her fault, I really think she was new and inexperienced for the drive thru. She said her receipt machine had nopaper, she wasn't putting in all your order. On one of my sandwiches the bun was stale. She forgot to give me my change. Someonehad to open her cash drawer twice. I call corporate to see if things can be changed for the better. Read more

I know it?s fast food and you get what you pay for, but? yuck. They weren?t even busy at the time. There was no need to rush... like this. I went through the drive thru and couldn?t even get it out of the bag or opened without getting a giant mess all overmyself and my car. Read more

I had come to town for the Knights of Columbus car show today and hadn?t ate so stopped in and after looking around instantly... regretted it however I have a two hour drive home and needed to eat. The employees forgot my drinks and straws and then whenasked for them was told they were out of large cups so I had to get a medium. I then went to a table and realized all of thetables were absolutely nasty!! I asked an employee for a rag to wipe down my table and received attitude for it. The trash canswere overflowing with trash. There was even trash all over the outside of the building!! Managers and shift leads really shouldbe on these problems!! These are things you?re told to take care of as soon as you?re hired!! There?s no excuse for thisnastiness!! DONT GO THERE!! Food wasn?t even fresh!!! Read more
