They gave me the wrong order. But the manager took care of it with no attitude. That was pleasant.
I ordered 6 PC chicken nuggets and fries and sweet tea. The nuggets & fries were not hot or fresh and the sweet tea was not that... sweet. Update 11/1/22 - from now on at these fast food establishments, I will have to have & make the time to ask for cooked toorder food, and make sure everything comes out right b4 I leave. Read more
Don't even consider this place!! They say that a breakfast meal has a McMuffin, a hash brown, and coffee for one price. Check... your receipt and you will see that another coffee was added to the Meal price. Thus you pay for a meal (McMUffin, hash brown andcoffee) but they add a dollar to the fee, charging you twice for the coffee!! Nice scam. No kidding. PLEASE don't eat there. Used Deal where buy one shake get one free--gave the code#. When get my order only one shake. Explained deal and Mgr says it... only shows one shake(cashier seemed confused). I don't run their cash registers. After some back and forth telling me to getback in line to have free shake rung up finally she seemed frustrated with me and I got the free shake. Placed an order on the app and waited in the reserved parking (3) area for my order. Waited 10 minutes before having to walk in.... When I had walked in, I noticed the store floors were dirty and so were several of the other tables. The cashier they had forthe front line was busy playing on his cellphone. The manager went into their system and found my order and I had to wait forthem to prepare it, the order that I had placed online was never sent to the back. I heard the manager tell the crew member thatwas playing on his phone that there was an order that needed to be taken out for another online order, he walked around like hewas lost before she told him again that they were there for the order and to take it out. I feel that if an employee has time toplay on their phone, they had time to clean the tables, sweep, and mop. The counter behind the employee had candy crumbseverywhere that could have been wiped off. Back when I was a McDonald's employee, the uncleanliness was unacceptable and so wasplaying on the cellphone. I get that it's not the best job but it is a service that is being provided to people. A service thatthey are being paid to provide. I won't be back to this location and have decided to walk into any fast food restaurant lookingat cleanliness prior to ordering. Mine and my family's health is more important than saving myself some time from cooking. Read more
