3.7 rating. Came here today for the first time. Atmosphere and utilization of their space has been done well. Outside seating is... nice because the size inside is somewhat limited of space, however the ceilings go way up. They also have a walk up window forto go orders which is cool. I sat at the bar and was served by Abby. She is outgoing and friendly and stays busy keeping a cleanand well kept bar. I ordered the hatchet which includes their nation burger, hand cut fries- made in house, and Westside localbrewery beer. The service was nice all around from the staff that was there today. Burger, I felt was decent but nothing reallyto rave and drool about, may be the choice of meet or slightly cooked too long.. Idk I just wasn't too impressed but it wasn'tbad. Fries were similar to Penn Station's. It's a nice local spot worth checking out. Read more

The staff is super friendly and the vibe is great. The spicy chicken sandwich I got was PERFECT. I don?t recommend mixed drinks... from there, my husband and I both got one and each of ours were watered down (which for the prices they are charging for drinks, shouldn?t be the case) had a great experience with the tater tots. My husband got fries and said they were burned andunseasoned. Would definitely go back, but would stay away from the fries and mixed drinks Read more

I?ve just been to pickup dinner. 2 Memphis burgers. Fries and Key lime cheese cake parfait (The key lime looks like green... paint). The fries NOT EDIBLE!! They are burned and old. (Look like refries). Both burgers a disgrace! One was suppose to bemedium, mine well done, not cremated!! The bacon was too hard to eat! The bun burned. My son just said? He has eaten better atBurger King. A total waste of money and I think Burger King is a better choice!! I?ve had a complaint about Nation Westwoodbefore but that was for the fries. They explained to me why they were so soggy and I accept their excuse. NO EXCUSE this time.We won?t be back. $48.50 down the drain!!! An add on::: My son woke up in the middle of the night throwing up. Luckily Ididn?t eat an awful lot of your food as I?ve been ill and need to be careful as to what I eat. Nation Westwood was going to be atreat..????????????????? Read more

Delicious! Burger was fantastic, tons of flavor, toasted bun and yummy pickles. Get the fries and ask for the vinegar, just... like at the fair. Nice place, eating outside was like having a picnic. Read more

Cute indoor/outdoor atmosphere. Loved the berry drink and my quesadilla burger. The sweet potato tots were so delicious and... unexpected. Love that they serve a thin mint cookie with each entree. The spicy chicken sandwich was also delicious. I enjoyedeverything so much I brought my family back a few days later and got to enjoy the chip sampler and regular tots along with thatsame quesadilla burger I loved. Remember to ask for a sauce to dip tots in, as 1 is included free. I loved the queso and spicysauce that came with the chips. Read more

Nation Kitchen & Bar has operated in Pendleton since 2015, and their newest spot in Westwood opened in late 2020. The Pendleton... location isn't especially kid-friendly, so it is not on our list of regular spots. However, if the Westwood location was closerto our home, it would most likely be in our rotation of lunch/dinner spots. It's brighter, lively, and offers a kids menu. Myfamily and I arrived shortly after 11 on a Saturday and were immediately seated at a high-top table. The restaurant is not huge, but they do make good use of the space that they do have. Also looks like a patio would be in use with better weather. The spacewas formerly the Engine Co. Number 35 firehouse and a number of artifacts from that time can still be found inside andout. Brunch is offered early on Saturday and Sunday, but they also serve the full menu during that time, which I was delightedabout. I ordered the phoenix sandwich with a fried buttermilk chicken breast, Nashville hot sauce, spicy jalapeno slaw, chipotlemayo, and pickles on a challah bun ($12). This was a very good sandwich, spicy but not over the top. I especially liked theslaw. I also enjoyed a side of tater tots ($3). My wife and kids enjoyed the burgers. Note that any specialty burger can havethe beef subbed for a turkey or black bean patty Read more

This place makes great burgers, check. They are a great value, check. The place is genial revamp, check. Service is... prompt...buzz. Bathrooms were decent, buzz. Parking is convenient, buzz. Large group of more than 5 people can beseated.....buzz The nation burger is delicious, I'll give them that as they deserve it. That's of course when it eventuallyarrives. They are popular, and the beer is needing more trials, but everyone will enjoy this place for its great reworking ofan old firehouse. That said keep it to 4 or less people, or your going to wait a while. Read more

Best burger in Cincinnati? You bet! Had the Temperance Burger and Sweet Tots. Dee-lish! Old firehouse converted into this... space. Nice touches from past - fire pole, original tin ceiling and porcelain-coated brick walls. An axe is the door handlefor a humorous touch. Nice outdoor space with three fire pits, freshly cut wood provided. Parking can be a bit of a challenge,so wear your walking shoes. Craft beers on tap from eight local breweries. Service was friendly, attentive and efficient. Even though I?m an east-sider, I will definitely come here again. Well-done Nation! Read more
