Despite the lack of diversity, Nick and Toms was a go-to for good meals. However, the service and food has been less than... stellar for the last year. My wife and I was regular customers for 2 years. We hoped that there would be improvement, but afterplacing an order and being told that the entree did not include pork, only to bite into my meal and find bacon, we have made aconscious decision to discontinue our support. When we spoke to the manager Josh, he provided 5 percent customer service and 95percent blame on the customer. There was no accountability and was one of the worst customer service experiences that I haveencountered. He did not offer a resolution. Please note that as well established professionals and business owners, money wasnot a proper resolution, it was a simple ?I?m sorry?. I have taken the time to write this review in hopes that it will helprestaurants recognize the power in customer influence and be mindful of the impact their staff play in customer satisfaction.
