It had been quite a few years since my last visit to Olive Garden and we went this week to acknowledge my mother's death... anniversary. It was her favorite restaurant. I have to say I will most likely never return. The prices have gone through theroof. They were always pricey but I was in shock. I felt the value for the money was poor. I got shrimp scampi and having madeit at home I know how little it costs to make it. They charge $18.99! It wasn't even that great. I realize they have to figurein the cost of the salad and bread sticks but I would prefer they do away with that and lower their prices. Or even have it withthose things at one price and without at another. It cost me $50.00 just for me for entree, wine, and tip. No wonder peoplecan't afford to go to these nicer restaurants anymore.???? I know now that I can't. Read more

Olive garden has changed so much since I worked for them in the 90's. They are really striving for an upscale environment. I'm... a pasta person and really enjoy the pasta options. Everyone helped my stepdaughter's birthday dinner to be a very positive and special occasion. This was definitely over the top... from anything I expected. It was an excellent way to end a delicious meal. Also, this location is closer to home than theFlorence one we have visited in the past. Both Olive Gardens deserve high marks, in my opinion. Everything was perfect in this restaurant. The environment was nice, the food was delicious, and the service was just awesome.... They even exceeded expectations when the dessert I wanted was out and had to take an alternative, the manager took care of thecost because they felt bad I did find what I want. Sunday was our waiter and her was great! Perfect food, atmosphere and service. Less than 30 minutes in and out.

We came here on Friday at noon before the restaurant got busy. The first impression of the restaurant is when you meet the first... person! We said twice hi, she didn't pay attention while she was staring at us! I waited 20 minutes before getting seated whilemore than 80% of tables were available at that time! After we got our table, we felt more comfortable and more welcome by adifferent waitress. Our food was prepared quickly without any delay, the waitress was so nice, and she came to us severaltimes. We got only one salad where we should get 2, I'm not sure if they put both on one plate! The quality of food wasn't asexpected, my kids didn't like the food, and I did too. The napkins had a very bad smell, it looked has never been washed! Thechicken in the chicken alfredo was so oily and looked not grilled. The second star is only for the second waitress. Ice cold room temperature inside and waitress didn't know basic hospitality. I had to put my coat back on. Sprite drink wasn't... carbonated at all terrible. I still tipped 20% though but I could say more about this horrible experience. It wasn't worth thetime. After my concerns weren't addressed in a timely fashion I asked for the manager. Love this restaurant! They Salads ???? and there Salmon is the best I ever had hands down. I highly recommend this restaurant... and most definitely will be returning real soon.
