Delicious food, friendly service, my only objection was that the young lady came around to bring boxes and clear our table... before I was quite finished eating, which made me feel like I had to rush just a little bit. But then she took our plates andfill the boxes for us which most places don't do, and I loved that! Read more

Pretty good, some parts of the lettuce was a little brown for my wraps. My husband got the shrimp fried rice and loved it. The... steamed dumplings were delicious and the sauce was amazing that went with them. Read more

Had lunch here and the servers were super nice and friendly. They always came to our table to make sure that everything is good... which was very attentive. The exterior was not giving that Asian vibe but no problem at all on that so I think the musicshould've been giving more of the vibe. It turned out that the played songs were probably remixed Asian songs. They have plentyof choices on the Asian menu so we decided to get entrees of Miso Glazed Salmon and Eggplants and both came with two bowls ofwhite rice. We believe the flavor could be more enhanced, especially on the eggplants as we did not taste the given sauce whenbiting the eggplants. The salmon was okay although it's more flavorful than the eggplants. Adding more flavor enhancers orextending the marinade length might be some options to improve these. Oh, I would like to highlight two things if you guyshappen to come here as follows: 1. I believe they don't serve tap water unless you ask for it. My friend ordered iced tea for$3.00-ish and I asked for tap water at no charge. 2. The payment method is convenient as you can just scan the given QR code onthe receipt, well that's one of the options but maybe some of us can't resist just choosing this one? Recommended if you wantto try Asian dishes around Cincinnati! Read more

Went to P.F. Chang's for my 14th Anniversary. There was no wait when we arrived. We were seated immediately. Our server Bobby... was very friendly. He took our drink order and brought them quickly. When he returned, we order appetizers and our entrees. Igot a cup Hot and sour soup to start. The soup was flavorful with a touch of heat. Not peppery like some soups I have hadelsewhere. Next, crispy lettuce wraps with chicken. The leaves were cool and crisp. Chicken mixture was very good. We orderedpork egg rolls. I was surprised by the size of them. They were sliced in half and still very hot, touch wise. My order, CrispyHoney shrimp was delicious. The shrimp had a tempura breading served on rice noodles. I did get white rice with it. My wife gotthe Korean glass noodles. It was good with shrimp, beef, and chicken in it. To finish up, I ordered the Chang's Apple crisp. 6apple rolls with ice cream with cinnamon on it and vanilla caramel drizzle on the plate. Very tasty. Bobby, our server, kept ourdrinks filled and his service was outstanding. I will return again. I forgot how wonderful P.F. Chang's is. Read more

I'm giving my server 5 star's, but the restaurant gets 3 star's, and the manager (Brendon) 1 star. 3 of the 8 people in my... party didn't get there food for over an hour so we couldn't all eat at one time and celebrate my daughters graduation overdinner. We were also informed that there was a large call in order that was more important than the customers that were sittingin the restaurant. Dont go If their busy call in orders come first over the people sitting in seats deciding on tips! Read more

I was meeting up with someone to purchase a rug and this was our meet up spot. i have the night to myself (no kids or spouse... for the night), so I thought it’d be a treat to grab P.F. Chang’s. I was going to get Mongolian beef- swapping out forshrimp and when it came to 22$ I just hated spending that much on 1 item so I went for my second favorite - shrimp potstickersand I have been wanting some rice and noodles and decided to get 2 different kids meals. I wanted variety and not quantity sothis was perfect. I got the rice and added extra spice and it was hot, flavorful and good (sometimes i find kids meals aren’tthat great when our 10 year old gets them at other restaurants but this was great!) I was too full to eat the lo mein so thatwill go to my kiddo tomorrow :) Everything was hot, flavorful and the service was outstanding. I knew I’d be at therestaurant at a specific time and I requested it be done at 4:10 and i believe that is almost exactly when it was handed to me.Friendly staff chatted with me while I waited for less then a couple minutes :) The only slight downside is the fruit side..not good.. go for any other side as their food is just awesome …. :) Honestly- i didn’t need a side and after tip (15% forcarry out) my total was still less the 30$ It was a breeze to prepay…. AnywaY, I am just thrilled at the ease of thisexperience and will definitely be doing carry out more often. ALWAYS remember to ask for a fortune cookie as this is the secondtime I have not gotten one and I believe it is due to a gluten issue ( say what???— but who cares as their food rocks andservice is good except this weird caveat). Anyway- they were happy to grab them - just remember to ask for them :) Read more
