Wish I could give them 0 stars. My husband waited forever for our food while explaining the menu items to the employee taking... the order. Then he gets home with our sandwiches which contained 4 handfuls of lettuce and a teaspoon of chicken salad. Willnever go to this location ever again. Read more
I am very disappointed in my order, I asked for a soup bread bowl and received just a soup and a little piece of bread. When I... called I was told I was a liar and this order was never placed. I repeated the order and gave them my receipt number from therethat?s when he stated oh we don?t have bread bowls but I was never communicated just charged for something I didn?t want. I know it?s in vogue for everyone to raise prices right now, but good lord. There needs to be a level of sense. When dinner for... two is over $50 I expect so much more. Small portion sizes. Especially the smoothies, kids cup size for over $5. All the popularitems are frequently out before dinner. I rarely see more than 2-3 types of bagels anymore. I just feel disappointed and takengoing to Panera now. If my wife doesn?t really want it, I won?t ever choose it for myself anymore and I used to go twice a weekfor years. Really disappointing. Ordered through grubhub. Sandwich had no dressing and the chicken was hard and dry. There was no spinach on the sandwich. Greek... salad lettuce was brown, didn't get any olives. Not good, guys. Do better. Read more
Really the first time I have ever been in a Panera... Staff not trained enough to ask questions so a new customer gets what they... want... The price I paid for the food did not match the amount and quality... Very poor service... I won't be back.... BTW... I love the broccoli cheddar soup here. This time we ordered the "group soup" for the two of us. It looks small but its alot of... soup. It came with 4 things of bread an it's super hot so be careful! We love soup so that was perfect size. The lemonade isso good too. For 99cents extra we got the pastry for dessert was bland but to each their own. Read more
Used to love Panera. Now it's ok for a quick bite to eat or a coffee. Service is hit or miss same with food.
