First time in in a long time. Got tue flatbread pizza and pumpkin muffin. Both were really good.
The food was okay and there was plenty of it but my main complaint would be the seating. I sat in one of the booths and I found... the back to be so straight abnormal for the shape of my back and I don't think I would do that again. Unfortunately the woodenchairs actually hurt my back so I would recommend that your company makes an effort to redesign your seating. Read more
I don't go to Panera often but I meet a friend there every few months. I had the potato soup and it was excellent! She had a... chicken salad and it was beautifully prepared and it looked delicious! We shared a very yummy sweet roll. The food is alwaysreally good here.The service was friendly, the store was clean and I always enjoy my visit when I'm there. Read more

First of all I really like some of their sandwiches and the prices I think are still pretty good. The problem with the store... lies in its service and the training of its staff. Often when you do a carryout order they are misspelled they'll give you thewrong sandwich or they're various items missing and while they do make an effort to fix these things if you don't check yourorder and you drive all the way home you're faced with a dilemma. Secondly I have the Panera app and I have some Paneta giftcards stored on the Panera app; I tried to use one of them ** but, there appears to be no way that you can access the pin numberin order to use the gift card. Now it may be possible but no one at this Panera store knew how to do it which doesn't indicatethat they're well trained. That or the app is in dire need of an update. You would also think that the Panera app would store abarcode that they could scan at the register. No! in fact they have to type in the number manually and those numbers are rathersmall there's no way to enlarge them using the app frankly it's ridiculous. Tried ordering from this location twice to receive a bread and cheese sandwich with a small amount of tuna? Two times now. ... Reaching out to customer support gets you absolutely no where. Do not order from this restaurant they will not followdirections. Ex: asked for no tomatoes. Customer service is awful. You expect what you pay for. Overpriced and poor quality.Choose a different Panera if you can!!! Read more
