Had the Broccoli and Cheddar Soup...Very Good And Hot..
I can't say we've ever had a good experience at this Panera in the four or five times we've tried it, and this was the last try... and we wont ever be back. Both drive-thru and in-store orders take forever, and every time we've had issues with somethingincorrect or missing. This time my "Bacon Turkey Bravo with no Bravo sauce" had no bacon, more sauce than I've ever seen on anyprior sandwich, and CHICKEN chunks instead of sliced turkey. Maybe if the woman making the sandwiches paid more attention toher job and less attention to her phone she would get orders correct; that or management hire more competent employees. Read more
Very YOUNG unprofessional crew especially in the evening hours. Not well supervised. Staff was slow to acknowledge patrons... entering to place their order. French Onion soup was not hot, it was warm and clumpy with No melted cheese, to appease theinquiry of no cheese in soup. I was given tiny sprinkles of grated cheese that was tossed on top of gluey clumpy soup followedwith a few dry croutons. Read more
I had the strawberry poppy seed salad it had old strawberries...old lettuce and just a little salad dressing. I was very... disappointed..I had the same salad a week ago at another Panera..on Harrison Ave and it was absolutely delicious..everything wasfresh. I won't go back to the Winton Rd one. Read more
Wordt customer service experience ever! The people I was with was laughed at after being upset by getting hit by something that... was thrown my associate behind the counter at another associate. Management wouldnt come out to see us to discuss the situationeither. Horrible service. Never eating Panera again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Read more
Terrible service and food... the staff was too busy joking around, the food was half cooked ...so that was money down the drain.... People no longer take pride in themselves or their jobs... these companies need to do better with hiring, along with showing appreciation to the works who deserve it. Read more
For the second time in a month, I was given an OLD fuji apple chicken salad with brown lettuce an nearly spoiled tomates when I... went to the drive thru at Panera in Finneytown. I did not get a receipt either. I am disabled so going to the drive thru is moreconvenient for me at times. I should not have to accept less than fresh food just because it's sometimes difficult for me to goinside. Please do better. Read more
