The Kenwood Panera is awful. There was no toilet paper in the ladies room. The ice machine did not work. Can barely see the... menu due to very high shelves on the counter. They did not have the item we specifically went there to eat. There is no flowto the ordering, waiting, eating. The folks waiting to order have to stand in the very narrow aisle with their backsides veryclose to those sitting in the booths. Same if you are waiting for your food. Folks squeezing past the folks waiting in thenarrow aisle to get to the drinks. More backsides in the faces of diners. A huge open space at the front of the store thatserves no purpose. We sat across from the blender, which was annoying. Seems they put 10 lbs of restaurant in a 5 lbspace. The good news, the employees were courteous and helpful. This location seems to always have multiple things out of stock at any given time. Soups, bagels, cookies, croissants,... beverages, hummus, peppers, baguettes, cucumbers, fruit cups, cheese, cinnamon rolls, you name it - there's going to be at leastfive of those things unavailable (likely more) any time you go here or try to place an order. At the time of writing this, aquick glance shows 12 bakery items, mac n' cheese, peppadew peppers, all 5 "warm bowls", garlic aioli, all 5 smoothies, bothfrozen cold brews, all 6 iced lattes, both Madagascar vanilla style cold brews, iced green tea, and the berry parfait out ofstock. I don't wanna be that person, but that is pretty insane at 4 pm. It seems demand is majorly underestimated at thislocation. It makes no difference whether it's at 11 am or 7 pm on a weekday or a weekend. If you're dining in and you havesomething you're hoping to get, definitely call first or check online in their ordering system to see if its available. I eat atpanera far more frequently than I want to admit, and this location has consistent issues with stock. Read more

Enjoyable experience. Sandwich was tasty, spicy, chicken breast on brioche bun. The beverage was good. Mango something. Had a... shot of caffeine in it. The service was odd. One young Lady running register and getting orders together. Three people at warmside making sandwiches, but no sandwiches were ordered. So a lot of talking and laughing, they could have helped girl atregister. My opinion. Read more

Ordered pick up from their website, while made correctly, my sandwich had hair in it, that I unfortunately didn't see til I had... eaten it and pulled out of my mouth. My summer fruit cup states that is supposed to be cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries andblueberries. No berries at all just mushy cantaloupe and a couple pieces of pineapple and one wrinkly grape. This was my firstvisit to a Panera and I was not at all impressed. I will not be back to this location but may try another in future. Staffseemed to do alot of standing around .
