I customized my pizza and got it delivered to my place. It was exactly as I wanted, the crust was yummy as well.
Pizza here is consistently good, but this time it was exceptional! We ordered today for dinner on the app, it estimated 29-39... minutes, and it arrived piping hot and delicious about 15-20 minutes later. Pizza delivery to my address in general takes 40+minutes, so I couldn't have been more pleased! Read more
I should have looked at the ratings before I went to this place. When I tell you I've never been more disappointed in papa johns... pizza this an understatement. This pizza obviously didn't get pulled out of the oven fast enough and must of sat on the ovenbelt because the bottom of the crust was like I was bitting into hard toast. I can deal with the fact that the guy wasn't allthat polite but at least get the good right. I NEVER plan to go back to this place. Read more
I usually order from this Papa Johns, and don't typically have any issues. Last night the delivery driver didn't deliver both of... my pizzas. When I asked him, he rudely said if you have a problem call the store. So I did. After asking about getting aredeliver they stated it was too late, all the drivers went home already. I asked, "what about my pizza then?" The person justout be on hold, didn't say anything. Just straight to hold. Can't hack after about 40 seconds and said she'd give me a creditif $20 for the pizza. I said that didn't really help me tonight. (Mind you at this point it was 25 mintue until they closed) Iasked for the managers name, delivery drivers name, and the person speakings name. She told me to call tomorrow and talk to themanager. Asking again for the name, she placed me on yet another hold, no warning. Then hung up. Me living 5 mintues away, Igrabbed my keys and got in my car and drove out there. Got there 10 minutes before they closed and asked for my pizza. Thewoman at the counter was not excited, nor happy (she wasn't the one who took the call, hey co-workers had left right as I pulledup) I explained, I worked a 12 hour shift, I was tired. I didn't want to cook dinner I just wanted my pizza. They weren't closedyet, so I can wait. She made the pizza and even offered if I wanted dessert or anything for my kids. She turned the experiencearound. She continued doing hey closing duties while my pizza was cooking. I know what it's like when your CO workers put youin a tough spot. She handled this with grace. Let that be a lesson to her team mates, you don't just hang up on people likethat. It's rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. And with the times we are living in, you don't know who could have been onthat phone. You don't know if this was a "straw that broke the camels back" type of situation for the caller. Last time I?m ordering here! Ordered large Pizza to be delivered with two Garlic Sauces. Received only 1 Garlic Sauce. Called... store to talk with Manager about my order and was hung up on twice. Don?t seem like a big deal to them I guess but I did pay fortwo Garlic sauces. Never again???? Read more

The pizza they just delivered was decent but the cheese sticks were absolutely unacceptable! Idk why the person who made it even... put it in a box! I'd rather my food be late and perfect than on time and nasty. Read more
