My pizza was burnt. Like not even edible, black crust kind of burned, I don?t know why something like that was even served. I... waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for delivery, which you may be busy on a Sunday night, I get it but come on, if I?m going to waitthat long at least make it edible. Waited a hour plus for 1 pizza and it came in Burn. I wouldn?t even feed it to my dog. I called for a refund and the lady put me... on hold for another 30 minutes just to hang up on me. Had to go in to talk in person to get my refund and even then they couldonly do store credit. Never again at this location. Management and customer service was worst than 1 star. Papa John on kemper is the worst place ever.They have a woman there and I don?t know if she was a manager or what.she was... mean,disrespectful,and rude.The worst costumer service ever. I ordered pizza from the call center and they got my order wrongand I called to let them know. Delivery is guaranteed to take longer than stated. I?ve learned that over many many orders (since my daughter insists on eating... this pizza). One order recently was so late I finally called to see what was going on and I was told they didn?t know where thedriver was (according to their tracker it had already been delivered). I then asked to speak to the manager and was told theywere busy. After a few more moments of explaining how ridiculous it was to not know where your staff is, I asked to speak to themanager again, only this time to be informed that he WAS the manager. Guess he got promoted in the 2 minutes we were on thephone? I called him out on that and then I was told he was a manager in training and was told to handle and managerialissues?.but he wouldn?t. My wife placed an online order. So I figured I wouldn't have to wait when I got there. I'm not a impatient person. So I waited... and waited and waited. Probably about 25 min for my a meatlovers pizza. Also I noticed my other 2 pizzas we ordered have beenunder the headlamp the whole time. Finally the manager at least i believe it was got me my meatlovers pizza. I did at least getextra garlic butter for my time. I got home and opened the box and my meatlovers pizza is a supreme pizza. First off we go herea lot. The policy states that you show us the pizza before hand or its free. You guys rarely show me the pizza.
