i asked for square cut they did regular and the garlic sauce was open wth ill never go dowm this road again
I ordered online waited for my food for an hour then checked the tracker and it said my food had been delivered reason I know it... wasn?t delivered I was paying in cash then I call the store and was placed on hold for another 30 mins then hung up to call backchoosing an different option but connected to the same person then was placed on hold for another 20 mins. I rather been toldthey couldn?t make it to me for whatever reason than to be ignored and lied to. Not to mention I?m a regular customer even usedpapa points that I can?t get back. Read more
I ordered 3 Papadias for delivery and they never got delivered! I called to ask what was going on and was put on hold for... several minutes until I finally hung up. I called back and spoke to a man named Anthony to cancel my order after waiting an hourand a half and all he said was ?ok?? very rude and unprofessional. Never again. Read more
How this place has decent reviews is beyond me. My wife and I ordered a pizza tonight and were told 30-45 minutes. After waiting... almost 2 hours the driver finally showed up. Luckily the website was only allowing cash payments so I refused the delivery.There are much better pizza options in town with acceptable delivery times. I had a great experience today at Papa John's. I ordered a papadia through their website and it was ready in less than 15 mins.... I was greeted immediately with really friendly service. The parking lot is a little small, especially if you have a big car ortruck, but I had no problems. My food was made exactly as I ordered it and was nice and hot. Read more
I was quoted 37-47 minutes for delivery, but it took exactly 2 hours. It was after midnight when the driver came knocking on... our door until I answered it. I had a special request not to knock on the door or ring the bell because my baby was sleeping.The pizza was cold, but good. If the pizza was going to take two hours, the store should have let me know that. Read more
I ordered the Papadia (Italian) which was very good. The only issue I had was the ordering process. I've ordered from home... quite a few times. For some reason order went to a store that was about six miles rather than the store which is two miles. Normally my order goes to the close store, but I didn't check closely. Why the other store came up I'll never know. Read more
