Ordered 2 pizzas from this store last night waited an hour past uts original delivery expectancy call the store the manager was... incredibly rude talking to me like I had no right calling. Said I gave the wrong address.. I'm sorry ive lived here almost 3years I know the address. They told me 3 times the address was wrong so I asked for a refund.. took my business to domino's.Friendlier quicker and they know the address. Read more

We are regular?usually great but lately?when you see your pizza on the way 5 minutes after ordering?.and you have been getting... not fully cooked pizza on recent runs?what are we to do with that? The service and everything is great, and the food is good, but there's a huge consistent issue: the pizzas are either not... completely cut so the pieces are actually separate from each other, or the cuts themselves are very irregular, resulting inreally big pieces, really small pieces, and sometimes really jagged pieces. When I was in college, I worked at a pizza placefor 3 years, and I did not mess up every single time I cut a pizza. I know how easy it is to do correctly. VERY skimpy on the pizza sauce. Tasted like cheese bread. I even selected extra sauce because my previous order was dry. Just... can't with them anyone more. Maybe it's just this store, maybe it's Papa John's in general, maybe there's a tomato sauceshortage lol but it was gross and dry and tasted like cheese bread. Waste of my money. One star. Read more
Last night I ordered a pizza for my family. After an hour I checked the delivery tracker and it said it was delivered but it... hadn't been. I called to check in and they said "you have to wait until the driver gets back to our store to see what happened".I said that's not acceptable, send me a pizza, I have a child waiting for their dinner. The person put me on hold for severalminutes. Then my husband called, and the person went off on him saying how rude I was, like he didn't hear everything I said?Eventually they told him our pizza must have been stolen off our porch. But nothing has ever been stolen off our porch and thedriver never knocked. Worst customer service I've ever gotten. I work retail and this place is seriously doing it wrong. Read more
The pizza was pretty good, haven't had a Papa John's pizza in I don't know how many years. X-large for $12 was a steal and would... probabaly order it again. The woman who took my cash went from making a pizza, to handling the register and money, and thenright back to making pizza.. I do have a mild concern for the food handling/cleanliness. Read more
First off i love papa johns. My job ordered us pizzas from there and we ate it for at least 4 days after and even microwaved or... cold its spot on. Second i ordered tonight and it was so delicious. Full of flavor. The crust was flufy while still havingcrunch and the taste was so good. It was the perfect temp and the customer service was great.
