I know that they are busy, but they don't have to be rude. Good food.

Let me say that I have never had issues out of any penn station that I went to. I ordered and when I got to the car I noticed... the tag said I added pizza sause but I have never put pizza sauce on my sandwich. I went in and explained I didn't order pizzasauce, well the lady said that is what the receipt says, she didn't want to fix it, but when I told her that I didn't order it,she had to go all the manager if it can be replaced, they did replace it, but when they did they gave me a smaller size anddidn't cook it all the way. Great food and service. A bit pricey at 18$ for a 9 inch sub fries and a drink. But definitely somewhere to try if you like hot... fresh cooked subs and fresh cut fries. ???? Read more

Placed an order on line. Walked in stood at the Pick up/pay spot for at least 5 minutes before anything was spoken to me. Then... was asked if I needed anything. Told there I was there to pick up an order. They said they are about ready. I said ok noproblem. I stand there for another 10 mins he walked over to drop some fries for the orders. Then gets a cup out and scoopsfries into for my order and then set it on the counter next to my subs. I asked for fresh fries as those have been sitting underthe light since I walked in the door now at this time at least 10 minutes so who knows how long they were sitting before that.He then tells me that those are fresh that he just pulled them up. I asked how when I've been here watching and they have beensitting under the light. Another worker comes over and asks what the issue is I explained I would like new fries because theseare old so he gets an attitude and yells at the other employee to drop some fresh fries. The food was good once I got the freshfries. I don't appreciate being lied to and then have an employee get an attitude with me and a coworker bc I asked for freshfries. Read more

Bought 3 subs to go. Got home and they weren't even recognizable as the subs I ordered. Were sloppily throwed together and... tasted bad. Turkey and provolone sub was extra bad as the meat didn't even look or taste like turkey. Usually the subs r reallygood although way overpriced. It is a splurge to get them once in awhile and they were terrible quality this time. Won't begoing back. Read more

I?m normally not the one to complain. But tonight was a little disappointing. And trust me I get it you were busy. It happens. I... always get the same thing. 10 or 12 in Philly with all 3 sauces , BP , onions add tomatoes. Lg lemonade. Usually if it?s ?messedup? it?s forgetting one of my sauces or the tomatoes. Tonight I bite into it and there was a huge chunk of mushrooms. (Glad I?mnot allergic) and it wasn?t just here and there it was covered. I don?t like mushrooms at all. I?m gonna say I got someone elsesandwich bc this one has mustard and no mayo.(my ticket only had 2 sauces as seen in photo) Anywho, I picked what I could off???? ate what I could without being disgusted. Penn station is my all time fave. FOOD IS ALWAYS BOMB THOUGH! Only complaint payattention please ???? so I can have my favorite sandwich! Read more

I'm usually not one to complain because I know things can get hectic but, I ordered by calling in for pick up. I specifically... said(twice) no pizza sauce on my 12" chicken parm. When I got home it had so much sauce that it ran out and desolved the bag itwas in. Also the paper wrapper was falling apart and stuck to the cheese. I love your food and hope this is not a sign of thingsto come. Read more
