Normally I enjoy the experience but this time wasnt so good... bruh i can wait another 2 minutes for some fresh crispy fries.. ... I dont ever need folks to rush to give me raw food... that's bad service young man... i know you thought you was tryna hurry...but there's no need to get anyone sick off some half cooked food. I have a feeling people don't use this location often just because it sits back where you don't notice it and everytime I go no... matter the time or day it's never but 1 or 2 people eating in, however this location is great. The staff is always superfriendly. Service is fast as can be considering everything is made to order. No bad experience here!! This Penn station either needs new management or needs to be shut down completely, the attitudes from the whole staff are almost... unbelievable at this point. When you walk in you just feel the negativity in the atmosphere, not only that but they do notbelieve in wearing hair nets. The guy taking my order did not want to be at the establishment at all, it was to the point whereI was willing to just walk out and not place an order at that point. Straight Ghetto staff, rude and lazy. TV was blaring so loud you could barely order. Sandwiches were absolute trash. The fries... were like chopped up left overs. Penn station is usually good. The staff here ruined this location. Go to another one. This oneisn't worth it. Read more

This location has some rude staff! It was 3 men working when we went and all 3 were unfriendly and I almost walked out because... of it. No manners, no greetings. Just "what do you want" I give my order and when asked the size I said the medium and the guysnapped at me listing the exact size (I think 6,9,12) he could've easily said ok so 9, but no he was rude about it. He andanother staff member then started arguing in front of us customers. 10 minutes go by, I still don't have food they're stillbickering back and forth. Another customer entered, got no greeting, stood there for 5 minutes and left. No one ever said a wordto him. They finally call my name and shove the food bag at all with some force. Got home (5 minute drive) food is all soggy andnot made how I ordered it. Fries were just disgusting, soggy and limp. Thank goodness I was able to fix it up a bit at home butI shouldn't have had to! Horrible experience! I have been a fan for twenty years. This week (jan 18 2022) stopped by for a lunch date with my daughter.... Two people working noone buy us in the place. Young girl more interested in clicking away on her cell phone with her ultra longand dirty fingernails than taking our order apparently. Got our order of two sandwiches wrong, and gave us cold fries that weresitting out instead of making fresh even though only two people in the place. Had to remake my daughters order and seemedconfused on how to place the order.. got it wrong a second time. Dreary depressing atmosphere. Cant believe this place is inbusiness. Went in and ordered a sandwich, asked for everything on it, and no provolone, sub American. I asked him to repeat it back to me,... and he said I got it. I said I hope so. He didn't have it, or they just didn't care, because all I got was a meat sandwich. Thenwhen I tried to call several times they did not answer the phone. To top it off, I had to ask them to wash their hands and puton gloves. The guy wrapping the food licked his finger to grab a bag, then tried to wrap my damn food.. ugh. No sir! will not beback there.
